1，早上退房因為停車票找不到，到前台領取停車票遭拒絕，原因是一間房衹給一張，在強烈要求後才勉強給，眼神好像在冒領騙她；回來找到停車票，發現停車票上註明了車牌的，入住時也登記了車牌，不存在冒領，且出門停車票就被門衞收走，難道住宿期間衹能一次進出？2，衞生間花灑支架是斷的；3，電梯從地下室可暢通無阻到每個樓層。

酒店名字和其他名字混合，所以找的時候不是找維也納，停車場裏面一樣和其他住宅區還有其他地方一起混合，要看標識找，房裡設施不算舊，就是發黴黑色的漬很厲害，洗臉刷牙的時候剛好對着，其實就是衞生清潔不認真，這麼明顯的位置也不清潔水漬導致發發黑髮黴，紙巾衹有一點，打掃房間不用補上，退房時到前台小姐姐在低頭打瞌睡，去到前台還把她嚇一跳，在縣城的酒店也弄得不好，和真的維也納比感覺是差很遠，不如自己酒店改一個名字不要用維也納名字，對面的早餐店倒是不錯
