Terrible smells in the room and corridor, staff that behave as if they’re too busy to attend to you, so called breakfast is a bag food brought to your door at a requested time, old uncomfortable mattress, fungal stained towels.

Atrocious experience. Tony’s hotel had a leak, so I was taken to another hotel which was grossly inferior. The window did not lock, the bed linen was stained, there were no tea/ coffee making facilities in the room, the shower curtain was held up with rings, there was a dirty rag on the floor, no bedside light.
I did not feel safe in that hotel and there were no vacancies nearby.
I am still waiting for a refund

DON’T USE THIS PLACE. My plane was delayed and I notified the hotel that I would arrive well after midnight. When I arrived the hotel could not bother to let me in and I was stranded on the street in the middle of the night!

I am very disappointed about the treatment received by ******* who advertised a charming and bright room while I was hosted in a terrible, extremely small, humid and dark room under the stairs. The receptionist when I told him the room was by far worse than the one shown in the pictures, told me to complain to *******. I preferred to save my few days enjoying London but again, this is a bad rating both for the host and *******.

The room was clean and comfortable, but a bit small for a double room. The staff were friendly, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel before we checked in, and again after we checked out. The breakfast items provided were of a reasonable quantity and quality. The location is excellent and very convenient. lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.

While a short walk from Paddington Station, we had to carry our bags up four flights of narrow stairs to a very cramped room which was not clean, did not have a running shower, the toilet leaked water on the floor and the TV never worked. We also had to ask staff for clean bedsheet covers and then put them on ourselves.
Heaven forbid if there's ever a fire in the place, nobody would get out from the top floors.
Will never ever ever stay here again!
