The stay experience this time was indeed a bit unsatisfactory. It was my first time staying at James Coffee, and I saw a lot of good reviews. I was full of expectations, but it turned out. . We ordered it together with several families, but each family feels different. Let me tell you what happened to our family.
1. About check-in: The hotel should have checked in at 2 o'clock. We arrived at the hotel at almost 4 o'clock, and told me that the room was not ready, so we waited, and only expressed apology verbally. In addition, during the waiting period at the front desk, I took the initiative to ask the front desk to ask for two cups of tea, but no one took the initiative to pour water for us. .
2. About hotel facilities: The bathroom water in our room is very small, the shower head should be a little broken, and the water is everywhere (it is recommended to check the room, our room number is 8721). . There are no sandals and slippers in the room, only bathing with bare feet, worrying about falling.
3. About the coffee delivered: I asked for a hot cup of iced coffee. The front desk of the hotel made the coffee, and I was not very skilled. When I was looking for the creamer, I saw her rummaging in the drawer for a long time. The iced coffee is exaggerated, and the hot cup tastes better. The coffee is very refreshing, and I haven't fallen asleep all day. In fact, if you can't get it right, it's better to cancel this service. It's really not a good experience. .
4. Breakfast: It is quite satisfactory, there is no slot, there are not many dishes, but it is enough.
5. Say something good: there are special parking spaces, and they are sufficient, free parking, and get a parking ticket at the front desk to go out.
Generally speaking, as a chain economy hotel in a district and county, I personally feel that there is still a lot of room for improvement, and I hope to make persistent efforts.
Tongliang is indeed a good place, worth coming again!

When we came back after watching the sparks, it was already very late. There was still hot water at first, but then it disappeared when I went to take a shower. I thought it was too late and the hotel didn’t provide it. I waited until I got up in the morning to wash it, but there was no hot water in the morning. I finally got the water to heat up later, but it was just lukewarm water. When I poured it on my body, it was cold. I couldn’t even wash my child’s face! ! Also, the elegant double bed room does not match the picture, it is too small! Our room doesn’t even have a sofa! The experience was extremely poor, and the hotel breakfast was tasteless, with only rice porridge and milk... We even booked it for more than 300 during the Spring Festival... not worth it!
