很早就加了店家預留了房間，也強調要那個房間，店家也説可以給我預留，結果去了之後他説那個房間沒有了，當時太晚了，然後他就隨便安排了一個房間。他就説別人突然續住，而且突然續住，按照規定也是讓他去別的房間，我們預留的房間應該是我們的。#房間設施圖二洗臉巾沒有就一個浴巾，有空調但是不給你空調遙控板？你在搞笑不給遙控板我用🔨？#衞生我想你真的不行，那個洗臉槽那個水龍頭也是壞的，隔音一點也不好。**上面的圖片。都是假的垃圾的一批我從來沒有住過這麼垃圾的酒店。#服務提前預留房間了。去的時候給我説沒有了。我在路上的時候也給他發消息了。他也不給我説。等我到了之後她才告訴我。很垃圾的一家店大家避雷。

分明就是個民房，蹲便上面是淋浴，農村的衞生間都不這樣設計設施都比這好多了，真是侮辱了“酒店”二字，欺騙消費者。許多的設施均是沒有，很多的表面臟的都已包漿。窗户玻璃，鏡子特別臟，包漿的地板，包漿的水壺，發黴到全是黑點的被芯，真是噁心至極。電視沒有，吹風機沒有,WiFi沒有，空調噪聲大，多要一個枕頭也不給，多要一瓶水也要算錢，自己的份內工作做不好，巴不得從顧客兜裏搶錢，太給重慶拉胯了，這是住過最差的房間，孩子一進房間就哭了……遇到退房客户態度蠻橫，叫囂不怕差評，真希望主管部門予以整頓治理，不欺瞞消費者，保護消費者合法權益。

漏電的吹風機還放房間裏，吹幾分鐘突然爆炸幸好沒有炸傷人，沒有熱水，床單被罩很臟很臟，地面也很臟，總之就是臟亂差，頁面照片就是照騙

房間寬敞，窗户採光好，房間乾淨，比想象的好，很貼心，還送橘子，睡的也好，比較安靜。很驚喜的事，真的安排接送我們了，很滿意👍👍👍

隔音差
晚上剛入住還沒有熱水
廁所跟洗手池的管道是通的，一沖水，就直接從洗手池那個口噴出來，真的很差
