We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! We were delighted to receive a free upgrade, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The stay included both breakfast and supper, adding great value. The location was incredibly convenient—on New Year’s Eve, we enjoyed the drone show right at the hotel doorstep without having to deal with the crowds. The staff were exceptional, always helpful and ready to answer any queries we had. Overall, it was a memorable and wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Of all the hotels I have stayed in, this is my utmost favourite! It is so gorgeous 😻, spacious and classy. I feel rich staying here. Location is also great - mall right downstairs and metro accessible via the mall. I really miss the hotel so much.

Excellent for families - large rooms with facilities suitable for kids. Very convenient location - connected to Raffles City mall and Chaotianmen Metro Station. Free supper provided - decent variety and food quality is good. Staff were polite and respond very promptly to requests

For overseas travellers, Fraser’s is no-doubt the best place to go to. Tourist friendly, value-for-money, and impeccable service. Location is also nearby a number of amenities and a pretty nice mall , with an amazing livehouse nearby. The service staff, Amy as well as others here that have served me have been amazing and were accommodating to my wants of replacing the ironing board as well as giving me fruits upon arrival, upgrading my room without me requesting, and even letting me check out late as my flight isn’t till the evening. Simply splendid and I would book this place again if I’m ever back in Chengdu. Attached hotel lobby pictures for reference, rooms look better than in photos. Won’t go wrong here.
Food deliveries are done efficiently with a robot, and you can even add their WeChat to ask for any help with almost immediate response. Cleanliness is tip-top and overall just probably the best hotel I’ve stayed during my many trips to China
