The location was great. The staff were friendly and very helpful with check in and laundry services. The only issue is the cleaning staff should pay close attention when cleaning the rooms. There were fruit seeds on the floor from previous people who where there. Also the towels in the bathroom were changed but the bathtub wasn’t cleaned out. Other than that I’d highly recommend this hotel.

Service was excellent! The staff were all very polite and courteous. They were always ready to help. Like when I needed to borrow an umbrella, help with calling a taxi, and asking for directions to tourist places. Food was also superb. I asked for hot chocolate during breakfast and I think it was a good hot chocolate (I'm very picky with chocolates). My room was just the perfect size and also the bathroom was big. I love my hotel view and bed was so comfy. I like being comfortable when I'm traveling alone and staying at a hotel that's convenient for walking around. I'm glad I chose Westin.

Just outside Line 1, it is very convenient for eating and shopping. Opposite is Raffles City, and you can reach the riverside through the mall. The rooms are fully equipped, the mini bar is free, and the lobby bar can take a panoramic view of Raffles City. Gold card members are given welcome drink coupons every time. They were given a welcome drink coupon the last time they checked in. This is the only time I have not received a drink coupon when I stayed at any hotel under the InterContinental umbrella. In addition, the Spring Festival is so popular that I don’t even want to add an extra quilt. The front desk I called the room and it rang three times and I ran over to pick it up and then hung up.

The address is in the Life Insurance Building. Downstairs is the Luohan Temple. It is very close to Jiefangbei, Bayi Snack Street, Hongya Cave, the Bridge, etc. It is a ten-minute walk away. There are many delicious food nearby. I checked in on the 21st floor and was assigned a room with a great view. The bathtub was right next to the window and a disposable bathtub cover was placed. I was too tired from walking in Chongqing, so I enjoyed taking a bath. It came with a bathrobe and a Dyson hairdryer. The whole house has voice-activated butler service, and the one-second sleep mode means you don’t have to get out of bed to turn off the lights, which is great news for lazy people. The attitude of the customer service is also very good, but it is best to stagger the time to go up and down the stairs during the lunch and dinner peak periods, otherwise you will have to queue up and down the elevator. Traveling in the off-season is very cheap. This house price is a great value and very cost-effective!

Clean and centrally located hotel in Jiefangbei. Only complaint is that the hotel entrance is very hard to find. It is on the 24th floor of an office/shopping complex with no obvious signs on the exterior. Would definitely stay again now that I know how to find it.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is just outside Xiaoshizi No. 6 and less than 300 meters away. It is very close to Jiefangbei and Hongyadong on foot. It is also walking distance to Linjiangmen, another subway station (Line 2). Within 10 minutes. The room is the same as the picture. It is quite big and includes two breakfasts. We stayed as three people and the front desk gave us an extra one as a gift. The breakfast was okay. It is very convenient to stay in this room type when traveling with parents, and they also come with free fruits to warm the baby. Hygiene is also very good. There are many restaurants downstairs in the hotel, and it is convenient to walk to Jiefangbei to eat. Takeaway orders can be delivered directly to your room. Because it is on the 5.6th floor of a large building, there will be a lot of people coming and going, and the waiting time for the elevator sometimes takes a long time. It's a bit troublesome to set the lights and heating switches in the room. You can only turn on the outside living room, not just the inside room. So when the parents sleeping inside turn on the lights when they get up, all the outside lights will turn on, and then the heating will only turn on outside. Wind, it's a bit cold inside. Overall, I am very satisfied and will stay again next time I go to Chongqing👍

Really great location - literally right across the street from the subway and cableway, ten minutes walk to lots of great things, super convenient. Clean and pleasant, and they gave us some local specialty snacks at checkout too, which was sweet. Only thing I’d say is bring some earplugs or patience, as the soundproofing is very poor - we could hear a neighbor watching short videos for hours, and another one’s notifications dinging, and conversations as well. And not very security-minded, as one of the two elevators is accessible outside the hotel. But it’s a pro and a con, since it also meant delivery people can get right to your door. Really recommend for the location.

The most satisfying stay experience of this trip! The boss and the proprietress are super nice. The location of the hotel is superior. It is just across the road from the Xiaoshizi subway exit. It is very convenient to walk to Hongya Cave, Yangtze River Cableway, and Bayi Snack Street. The room is very clean, the whole house is smart home, and the decoration design is modern, all in all, it is very good~ There is a large terrace with a super atmosphere. At night, you can go to the terrace to enjoy the breeze and see the night view of Chongqing. It is really healing! When I come out to play, I think a good check-in experience is very important, and it will really add points to the whole trip!
