Everything in Perfect. Love the service of all the staffs. Very helpful. Great location. Very clean. Will definitely back to this hotel when back to Chongqing.

Everything is great except parking area. It is very hard to load and unload luggages because you need to walk into a small intersection for a car to park

The hotel's location is very convenient and is within walking distance of the bustling areas of Hongyadong and Jeifangbei pedestrian. There are a lot of places to eat and shop around. The hotel's service is great. The hotel staff at the front desk are very enthusiastic and helpful. The hotel provides FOC self-service laundry. The food delivery robot is great. The breakfast is nice. The hotel is new and the rooms are fully intelligent, the space is small, and the decoration style is light toned, simple and comfortable. Our room at 12th floor is facing the street, we can hear the traffic noise and hawking downstairs.

The facilities are good, especially the self laundry service which includes everything needed. The breakfast includes both Chinese and Western food. Additionally, the hotel room is equipped with a sound control system to manage lights, temperature, curtains or even replenish amenities. Will come back again if got the chance.

Very new, modern rooms. Great location. Only downside is that the elvators are slow. There's only 2 elevators for the entire building

Great location- about 30 min from the airport and central to both the metro lines 1 & 2. It’s an easy walking distance to many attractions with many food options all around. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. SMART appliances everywhere but easy to figure out. The shower was huge with fantastic water pressure. Even though smoking was permitted on the premises, our no smoking room had no trace of a smoke smell. We would stay here again and recommend it.

I had expected a lot more from this hotel. As an international chain I had expected higher standards. On the plus side the location is excellent, but it should be noted there are a lot of other hotels in the same location. The rooms were ok, but the smell of smoke filled the corridors and one of the two rooms we booked stank of cigarettes. In this day and age I find that astonishing! The breakfast was mediocre.

Good location, easy to have street food and easy to walk to Jiafangbei and Hongyadong. Smart toilet is one of the reason that I've chosen this hotel. Minibar was great, no need to buy more soft drink from other. You can communicate to the staff by Google traslate so there' s no problem with anything. I'll back to this hotel next time when I've visit Chongqing for sure.
