They carelessly damaged and stained an important, expensive wedding dress literally the day before the event and later dishonestly denied it all. We were very accommodating and only asked for the cost of the dress to be cleaned/repaired, ignoring the fact they tore the veil which consequently couldn’t be worn. The owner was unapologetic, callous and expressed no empathy towards the situation. He made no effort to make things right, refusing responsibility for what happened. The room itself was fine, although was noisy at night, early morning when receptionists arrive and has a lot of light bleeding into the room. Internet isn’t great for video calls and would frequently disconnect.

I cannot describe the shock, pain and frustration this hotel has inflicted on me. I had meticulously planned every detail of my wedding, carefully handling the dress with white gloves, only for the owner and cleaner to carelessly move the dress and store it in the garage! It was dirtied and damaged ONE DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING. To make matters worse, the female owner was upset and pleading to make things better, only for her husband to deny anything ever happened and she then proceeded to lie and pretend nothing happened. Despite evidence (see photos) they showed no compassion, care or accountability for what they did, which I find disgusting and shocking. I will forever remember and never forgive the hotel owners for what they did, the dishonesty they expressed and the lies they continue to stand by. I look forward to justice being served.

We went on a weekend where we were celebrating our wedding. They were lovely, super attentive. Always wanting to help you and that you were comfortable. They had the great detail to decorate all the common areas of the building with flowers for the time of departure to the ceremony. On the other hand, the very comfortable rooms, very comfortable, very clean, bright and full of details. The spectacular breakfast, in the cafeteria "El cartujano". An amazing and wonderful experience. We will certainly repeat.

Unos apartamentos nuevos. Con muchos detalles tanto en la cocina como en el cuarto de baño. Se encuentra en el centro del pueblo y a pocos metros de la playa tanto de la de Regla como la Cruz del mar. Un apartamento muy acogedor y cómodo. Las recepcionistas muy amables. Y para mí la cama súper cómoda y sobretodo las almohadas. Sin duda alguna repetiremos.

El apartamento todo nuevo no le falta detalle, hasta toallas para la playa, buen aire acondicionado e insonorizado. El desayuno espectacular en una chocolatería muy cercana, de todo y para repetir. Muy bien situado.

Están en un lugar privilegiado. Nos gustó absolutamente todo, desde los desayunos con churros hasta el trato del personal, atentos en todo momento. El apartamento estaba genial, se apreciaba todo nuevo y en unas condiciones fabulosas. Son 7 u 8 apartamentos y en su web pudimos verlos y reservarlo muy rápido y sin problemas. Muy recomendables, repetiremos seguro!!

He estado el fin de semana con mi familia y algo que destacaría es la amabilidad del personal. No sé si puede apreciar en la foto pero en la mesa nos dejaron unos detallitos de bienvenida ¡Y nos hizo mucha ilusión! Fantástico. Lo mejor de un hotel y lo mejor de un apartamento. La atención es insuperable. Detalle de bienvenida: caramelos, agua fría, café,... Todos los servicios que imagines: trona, cuna, lavadero,... El desayuno un poco temprano pero merece la pena y con qué uno vaya a buscarlo es suficiente porque se puede coger para llevar. Ninguna queja y con ganas de volver a Chipiona para repetir.
