The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and had a fun vibe, the roof top bar is a hidden gem and location is very walkable.

Terrible customer service. When I arrived not a single employee available to help with bags. Day one of my stay the room floods which was super inconvenient, but yet they still charged me for the stay. Terrible service, manager was not very helpful would not recommend.

Beautiful hotel. Kind of hip & good location near: parks, dining & museums. Very comfortable bed, love the shower & plenty of elevators so the wait is never long. Professional & friendly staff, but one quibble; i was placed in a room (23rd floor) that was directly under the dj booth for their rooftop bar. Fridays & Saturdays the EDM pulse goes till 2 a.m. and the sound & vibration is "significant" meaning without earplugs, sleep was impossible. They happily moved me the next day, but i can't help but wonder if this happens every weekend.
I would definitely return with the caveat of not staying on floor #23.

Perfect location to all that is needed in downtown Chicago. Very close to mass transportation. Close to millennium park, shopping, theater and river. Very safe

Good location and clean, however....There was too much furniture in the room! We had to rearrange the table and chair to the corner of the room just to be able to walk to one side of the bed. And the decorative corner piece at the end of the other side of the bed left little room to walk between it and the refrigerator. The memory foam bed was very uncomfortable. The hotel itself was fine and perhaps a different room would be better.

The staff was kind and friendly, but the noise from the train makes this location a dealbreaker for me.
The rooms were subpar for a high end hotel.

Following checkin we went to the room and there was an overwhelming smell of ****. I called reception and they promptly dealt with the issue - coming to meet us in the room with keys for a replacement room. The replacement room was great.

Had a great stay! Thanks to the entire staff especially Danny. Very friendly staff, clean room. Comfortable bed. Gave us earplugs I guess because the train was right outside the window but I didn't hear anything the whole visit. Loved the robe and the shower set up.
Can't wait to come back.
