I don't typically like to declare that I'd book this place again but in this case I will. Great location literally around the block from the subway and bus lines.
And should I mention the bed? Heavenly! Great use of space and nice touches all the way around. Staff are friendly and responsive. Not a bad view either. I'm glad I didn't rush out of the city and actually spent another night.

The room is big and comfortable, a typical American hotel
The waterfall is a bit far away, so it’s okay to walk.
Downstairs is connected to ***, close to supermarket and Starbucks
Environmental health is good

A slightly dated hotel, but clean and super well placed in the lively restaurant and nightclub district  in the center of the city. I only stayed one night so cannot rate the services well. However, there is everything in the hotel. A night bar, a small gym, washing machine

We liked the location, parking, and vibe. The room was a little dingy and didn't feel the cleanest. The bed was very firm. Still pretty nice and comfortable for an overnight stay.

The hotel was cute and conveniently located to the magnificent mile! We could walk to the downtown attractions or use ride sharing.

Loved the boutique style eclectic style. Room is very small but clean and properly appointed. Quiet in halls but if you use the antiquated heating/cooling unit in the room please be prepared for noises. There’s also noise from the plumbing regularly all throughout the night-at least this is the case in room 504. Perfect location! Would I stay again? Yes, but no longer than 2 days. Berkshire lounge is nice and stays open till 2am.
