Hotel charge me Extra money Eruo 15 only I enter the hotel 14.15pm why take the extra charges for me.

Me parece que fue una estafa por parte de trip. Me mandaron un correo confirmando mi reserva cuando llegue al hotel el numero de reserva no existia, el soporte de trip no me atendio por ser fin de semana y el soporte del hotel me indico que no podia hacer nada porque la reserva no existia. tuve que buscar otro hotel y quiero la devolucion de mi dinero.

The Room is Too small , the bed a little bit uncomfortable, the only thing was the view the balcony it’s amazing but I give them an 8 because the Staff is super friendly

La habitación no podía ser más pequeña e incómoda. La calefacción estuvo encendida SIN PARAR los 4 días. Llamé para solucionarlo pero quedé esperando, así como el wifi, que nunca funcionó. Las puertas de los baños (comunes) no están engrasadas y hacen un ruido increíble. Tuve un problema y es que me dejé el móvil dentro de la habitación y no podía entrar: el teléfono que se supone que es 24/7 tardaron más de una hora en responderme. Un desastre, no volvería ni regalado.
