There was a fee of 93$ plus insurance or something I don't know, another 100$. The employee said it would be refunded. 100$ given on check out day Asked for a receipt and was told to give a check-out date.
On the check-out day, they said they would transfer 100$ to the card we used to swipe, which is SCB's planet card. It would take another month for the money to be credited to the card.

I arrived at the hotel after 12 o'clock in the evening. They actually had no room and told me to find another hotel. It was late at night and I was cold and hungry. Where could I find another hotel? It was very nice - the rooms are great. However, they do not have any type of vending or market to get drinks or anything so that is a bit inconvenient.

My only complaint is they have a fee they charge when you get there for guest services that is just discounts at a few museums and restaurants. It's just a way for them to charge you more. Other than that we had a great stay.

This hotel was so beautiful. The staff was so friendly and the hotel is in the perfect spot. I would definitely stay here again.

This was my second stay here. The location cannot be beat which is the best part. However, some of the furniture was not in great condition and I wouldn’t say the cleanliness was top of the line (some residue on some furniture that should’ve been easy to scrub off). No labels on the nespresso pods to tell you what they are. I would stay again as the value is good.
