Hotels near Osho Homemade T shirt in Chiang Mai

We got the family room, which was absolutely nothing like the beautiful, modern rooms in the main hotel, which the couple we were traveling with had and enjoyed. It was quite the opposite. Our room was in a connected building with a dark, shabby, un-attended entry. Simple railroad-style rooms were separated by curtains only, so parents have to walk through kids’ room to access the bathroom. The bathroom is oddly large and institutional, all tan and tile with stalls for multiple toilets and showers, reminiscent of a dorm. At night, bright lights shine through the windows all along one side of the room, even around the curtains — glass was frosted and windows unopenable. The room’s lounge area was not remotely comfortable for hanging out in. We still had access to the pool in the main hotel, but it is very, very small. And the cafe serving the little tables near it was never open (bring-your-own situation was fine, however). Good location and staff was kind. But for the price we paid and what the website showed/misrepresented, we expected much nicer.

The staff in all sections are extremely professional, especially front desk team and room service team. Room was nice and I would like to suggesting, please consider to put arms chairs or small sofa at the big window. Bed is comfortable good quality of materials, bathroom is very good with shower and big bathtub good quality of products. Additionally room is clean and tidy. Price with the service qualities is perfect valuable.

I recently spent five nights in this hotel, arriving from Bangkok. First impressions of Lavana were brilliant, the entrance is tucked away down a decked walkway and the reception area is lovely and welcoming. The check in staff were excellent and really informative about the hotel and immediate area. The room, which was a deluxe suite, was amazing - the best hotel room I've ever stayed in in Thailand and possibly one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in in general. It was immaculately clean, comfortable and spacious. It also contained a stocked drinks fridge and complimentary snacks (fruit and crisps), luxurious white bath robes, slippers and a wide range of complimentary toiletries. The hotels pool area was small but clean and I highly recommend the restaurant attached to the hotel. The food was fresh, delicious and high quality. There are only two things that I think that Lavana could improve on. These are the lack of hangers in the wardrobe - there was only two, which I do not think is sufficient and the seating/lounge area around the pool. There was extremely limited seating at the pool area and no loungers available. As space is limited I would suggest having fold up loungers for guests to use. To sum up, this is a gorgeous hotel which is definitely worth the money paid. The staff are wonderful, the room was immaculate and comfortable and the location is excellent for exploring Chiang Mai.

Cozy inn chiangmai ... Located at very strategic area, city centre of chiangmai ... Surrounding by hotels, cafe, resto temple, massages, travel agents, and streetfoods as well ... This is my second time stayed at this hotel, small and nice hotel, also makes me feel comfort ... I always stayed here about three weeks ... Close to the buak park, which a very beautiful public park, full of flowers ..., also close to phrasing temple, whish is very popular temple in chiangmai ...

It is a beautiful and good hotel, excellent service, delicious food, big swimming pool, the hotel is next to the mall, very convenient to travel, smiling staff, the hotel may look old but full of beautiful, spacious, cool air, strong water flow, everything is good, perfect, I like it very much, comfortable to stay again.

Stayed a total of 7 days. The hotel certainly lived up to it's minimal concept. Everything was just perfect upon check in. Room was nice and clean, free mini bar and snacks, free beer, free wine in the evenings but that was about it. Housekeeping attendant was extremely helpful and polite but I feel that the reception could certainly be more attentive or ”passionate” (?) about what they do. I feel that they tried too hard to welcome guests during the first impression check in moment but overlooked the importance of remembering their guests after a short while (I was even asked if I wanted to check in after my second day of stay by the receptionist 😸). Some disappointment on the bike rental provider (not the hotel) as I was asked to surrender my passport as deposit. Obviously I didn't agree to this practice although I am well aware that it is quite a common practice but this is where the missed opportunity lies. I managed to get a car elsewhere for the same price without even surrendering my personal documents. The only healthy part of the breakfast spread was the orange juice. Everything else was sugary and sweet. There's danish pastries and fried Chinese dessert every morning. Certainly doesn't help that the hotel does not have any exercise facilities aside from the small, beautiful pool --- the main attraction, to be fair. The pool can become quite ”overcrowded” when the hotel capacity goes up. I appreciate the coffee machine and self-service option to fill as much as I like, on the go. There weren't enough ice on the first couple of days during my stay (all I got was a wattery bin when I opened the ice box). I wouldn't say that it was an extremely pleasant experience throughout my entire stay. There are many missed opportunities which I believe could be improved over time.

Great location at the heart of old city. Love that everything in the minibar is complimentary & replenished daily + free high tea served 2-4pm daily. The lobby is filled with a lovely scent that just uplifts your day. The pool was under maintenance for 2-3 days of our stay; as compensation we were given 2 small rice crackers lol.

My experience at Amora Thapae was nothing short of extraordinary. The seamless check-in process, combined with the attentive service, truly defined five-star hospitality. In summary, Amora Thapae not only met but exceeded my expectations for a 5-star stay, creating lasting memories of luxury and excellence.

Rather old and dim room. I upgraded from standard to deluxe room as standard rooms were in another wing 300 metres away. No elevators and the stairs were uneven in height. Those who are unsteady on their feet would have serious trouble with the stairs. Walls in the rooms were not painted - cincrete and dark gray making the room even darker. Only 1 night so it is ok. Will go to another hotel next time.b

My wife and I stayed here recently for 22 nights and really enjoyed our time at the Darley. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms looked just like the pictures and were always very clean and the bed was very comfortable, I had a great sleep every night. The daily breakfast provides a varied selection of food that is really tasty. For breakfast there is also an outside eating area for some nice early morning fresh air. The location is close to the US consulate (5 min) and Chinatown (5 min) but you can get anywhere easily in Chiang Mai from the hotel using a Grab car or Songtaew (Red Pick Up Truck Taxi). There is a Tesco/Lotus Express a 2 minute walk from there to get many small grocery items or use the ATM (the hotel room has a small fridge) and a Shabu restaurant next door to it. I had lost my phone in a Grab car and the staff at the front desk immediately started to help us get in contact with the Grab support, 15 minutes later my phone was back at the hotel. (thank you Jutarat and Tangmo). Honestly can't think of anything I would change and definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Chiang Mai.
