沒有更差！！！酒店不給開票連水單都不給開！軟件特意買了提前入住酒店前台**男説不給提前入住，讓他看看訂單他也不看就是不給.那我錢白花了嗎？找平台介入協調會耽誤我一小時時間才給辦理。半夜會給你打電話到房間（最好睡覺把電話線拔掉）好像是不想幹了故意整人！真是一幫**工作人員這位要不是出差沒時間不然我肯定問候他十八代！😇

酒店離南站不遠，當時選擇是因為到南站的時間較晚；住進去後覺得不錯，蠻安靜的 ；早餐也不錯，本來訂了兩晚，想着不好就換一家，後面覺得還不錯就又續了兩晚；住了四晚，每天都來打掃。而且在過年假期不到400/間還含早，也不算貴；推薦

這個位置這個價位不應該啊😃裝修應該10年左右了，服務（尤其前台大哥）應該活在10年前，房間設施估計15年前風格，入住還要收按金👀已經是後互聯網時代了，我印象中上次交入住按金好像是2021年去大山旅遊

酒店房間好熱，但温度不能調整，衹能跟前台要了電風扇。房間的水也不標註，退房時也沒有告知，離店後沒有聯繫，直接給我額外扣了40元雜費。主動問了酒店才説，是兩瓶水錢。。。避雷吧大家。

前台下次確認客人是否續住的時候，先搞清楚房間退房時間，而不是客人説了三點退房先是質疑客人，完了還要用一種像是客人要佔便宜一樣的口吻強調最晚三點退。紳泰我住了幾十次了，頭一回這麼不爽。

前台一名女服務員態度很差，客人需要一把指甲刀修剪指甲，前台女士説沒有了，因為其他客人拿走後沒有還，客人問道一家上檔次的酒店不可能就一把指甲刀吧？服務員回覆所有的都借出去了，客人希望服務員適當問一下其他客人用完沒有，一把指甲刀不可能用一整天吧？服務員回答不好去追要，也就是説，沒有辦法就是沒有辦法。當第二次客人再打電話詢問有無指甲刀時，女服務員依然拒絕，當聽説要投訴她時，才換了一個男服務員接電話，男服務員後來還是想辦法找已借走指甲刀的客人，推了一把回來，再叫保潔送到房間，客人説馬上就還，事實上，客人衹用了不到十分鐘，就歸還了。這家酒店服務水平與收費價格格格不入！
