The actual hotel is nice, in a good location, and comfortable. The staff that check us in was a headache. He 'did not realize' that i already prepaid for two rooms for two nights. So when my friend checked in, he took her card not only for the incidental deposit, but charged her for a night. Then when we checked in 30 minutes later he realized that the rooms were already paid for. He stated that he would have to wait for a manager for the return. The next night he said the same thing, but some reason charged our card for another night. Did not realize until after check out that he charged us again. Check out person was nice but noticed no notes about our return like there was suppose to be. Called two days later and was told the manger was in a meeting. They told my friend there was no manger at that location and she had to call corporate for a refund. The hotel did call me back for our card number for the refund. They told us both that the incidental hold takes 6 weeks to drop off, which seems excessive. Definitely a headache dealing with. That same check in guy also told us the wrong times for breakfast and we overheard him telling another couple the wrong times as well. We also were just handed keys with no room number and had to ask him to actually tell us what room we were in. Thankful the rooms were clean, modern, and overall nice. The shower did have some spots they missed while cleaning, but overall not bad. It is close to downtown and South park which is a plus.
