New hotel but not fully ready for opening, room type that’s booked was not available when checking in, it took more than an hour before the hotel staff can settle the room type and arrange checkin, very disappointed.
And when having shower in the bathroom at night, it suddenly ran out of hot water, and it was early Feb and still not summer yet. Called the reception, they said someone was fixing but it wasn’t fixed till the next morning. The shower was a nigh**are. Hotel did not even notify guest that hot water was out and no apology at all on the incident.
Definitely not recommended.

潮州真的是個美食城市，這家酒店也很不錯，📍位置，🚗停車，💁♀️服務，🚽衞生，都很棒
設施：房間有小度，真的很智能，性價比還是挺高的，入住前台送了爆米花，爆米花配投影真的超棒，給我第一次來潮州增添了很多好的印象，如果有下一次機會，我絕對還選擇他們家，剛開始還覺得評論很多投訴不好的東西，入住問了前台，他們都説有改進，也確實都有改進，總結就是非常不錯，前台小羅，小雲，真的好熱情啊，讓人不想走，賓客如歸呀，太喜歡這裏了
衞生：枕頭，被子都很乾凈，
環境：酒店環境也挺不錯的，如果説不想靠馬路的話跟前台説，前台也會給你換朝小區的那一邊，
服務：服務可以説是隨叫隨到，前台跟客房阿姨都很有禮貌

設施：房間有智能小度
衞生：床單看得出來的整潔，吹風機還是品牌的，特意問前台要了吹風機的連結
環境：停車very good，真的是太方便了
服務：前台小妹小羅，小黃辦理很快
早餐非常的哇塞

來潮州旅遊 第一次定這家酒店 服務人員很熱情 還送了爆米花🍿。酒店新裝修的 大落地窗的房間 設施設備很齊全 健身房🏋️ 洗衣房 房間智能語音 主要是離古城不遠 停車場也很方便 我們騎小黃車🚴 去的 簡直不要太舒服了

服務態度很好，我們是自駕遊，停車場就在酒店後面，在旁邊還有一個大型停車費，都是免費的！停車位很充足。房間很乾凈，床上用品都是新的，前台6605還直接給我們升級了房間，服務特別周到！特別貼心[偷笑]，我們住了兩個晚上，玩了三天。第一天的夜宵和第二天的晚餐去吃的旁邊的牛肉火鍋，真的很好吃，牛肉很新鮮！。從酒店去潮州古城，牌坊街，西湖景點都很近。

本次入住特別驚喜，本來覺得會不會有點遠，但是完全沒有，🏁位置優越，出行方便，離許多美食都很近，走路幾分鐘就能到，如果不着急，也能走去古城。還有兩個🅿️停車場非常方便，房間佈局也不錯，前台有水果和紅茶🍬， 前台小吳和小妍服務態度熱情，會主動打招呼，還主動推薦了當地美食和出行交通，推薦推薦~房間還有投影儀🎬，小度也很智能，衞生間乾濕分離熱水來得很快，早餐🍽也豐盛，真的服務這方面做到巨好！有多種選擇自助早餐！還是免費提供❗️❗️❗️五樓有洗衣服和健身房🥊很nice❗️❗️❗️📢📢📢

強烈推薦。 自駕過來詢問有免費停車場🅿️因為很多要酒店停車收費的🚏交通方便，設施⛲️智能馬桶，就連開空調，窗户，打電話給前台都是智能小度，很方便，體驗很好。五樓還有健身房，洗衣房，提供洗衣機.烘乾機。 服務員也很有耐心、有禮貌。退房時候匆忙落下了一件衣服☎️主動聯繫幫我們郵寄回來了

酒店房間很乾凈，是新開的，但是房間沒什麼味道，這個值得稱讚。離古城不算遠，打車也很方便。去周邊吃喝玩樂的地方都不算遠。房間隔音不錯，晚上幾乎聽不到什麼聲音。另外前台服務也特別棒，下次有機會還會選這家！
