I stayed here for two consecutive nights on this trip, and the entire experience was impeccable. The location is superb, with convenient transport links to all the major attractions like Guangji Bridge and Paifang Street, making sightseeing completely hassle-free. Our high-floor river view room offered breathtaking vistas. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows looked directly onto the Han River. Every morning, pulling back the curtains revealed a stunning, unobstructed river view, with distant mountains, the river, and the ancient city scenery all in sight. Waking up to such expansive beauty brightened my mood for the whole day. In the evening, we could even enjoy the Guangji Bridge light show from our room. I must commend JiaJia at the front desk. She was incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful during check-in, making the process efficient and smooth. She patiently addressed all our requests, providing meticulous service. The hotel's overall service standard is excellent; all the staff were gentle and polite, making our stay comfortable and relaxing throughout. The facilities are new and spotless, and the amenities are comprehensive, making it perfect for both sightseeing and leisurely getaways. This stay truly exceeded my expectations. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Chaozhou and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone traveling to the city!"

We had three rooms and ordered a whole table of food, but barely had to pay anything, as the vouchers covered most of it. Parking is convenient. The location is just a bridge away from the city center; it's too far to walk, but easy to get to by car. It's a quiet spot despite being close to the hustle and bustle."

"This B&B is in a great location, right in the old city near the East City Wall and Paifang Street. The decor is really unique, and the rooms genuinely have that cave-like feel. It's not hard to find the B&B itself, but the main entrance is tricky to spot – it's an automatic door that looks just like a floor-to-ceiling window, with no obvious signage. It's easy to walk right past it. The cave-style room is fine, but there's a raised section of the floor that makes you feel a bit off-balance when walking around. Also, the private hot tub is quite shallow, barely a foot deep. I think a proper bathtub would be better. Breakfast needs to be reserved in advance, as they don't have a restaurant. I didn't book it on my first day and left early on the second, so I didn't get to experience this service. The sleeping environment is quiet, and the bedding is clean and tidy. Housekeeping cleans daily and replenishes amenities."

"Before coming, I was a bit worried about the quality of the hot spring water, but it completely exceeded my expectations! You can see staff regularly cleaning and changing the water in the hot spring pools every day. There's no strange odor around the pools, and after soaking, my skin felt smooth and not at all tight. I tried all the soaking and massage pools, and the water temperature was just perfect. The privacy was also excellent; I wasn't disturbed at all. The relaxation area in the hot spring section is also very comfortable, with complimentary ginger tea, snacks, fruit, and drinks. The service was attentive and available throughout, making the experience absolutely fantastic! The room facilities are very new, and the 'cave' design style is simply stunning [thumbs up][thumbs up]."
