衞生很差，地毯很臟，都是小黑點，都不敢下腳。
環境還可以，房間隔音效果不是很好

出行特別方便，地鐵2號線錦泰廣場3號出口出來左拐就是走路8分鐘的樣子就是麗楓錦泰廣場店了，進門大堂乾淨敞亮，有一種香香的味道，前台主動打招呼，送上毛巾和花茶，特別感動。房間也很不錯，乾淨整潔，床有2米寬，睡覺一點也不擠，哈哈，酒店後面有個大商場，叫萬家麗，大家有空可以去轉轉。

出行方便，在錦泰廣場附近，地鐵2號線方便，坐城際火車來長沙玩，選這家麗楓還是很不錯的，服務周到，有花茶毛巾，這個在其他店很少遇到，房間舒適整潔，周邊小吃的地方多，挨着萬家麗，楊帆夜市，去橘子洲，嶽麓山，五一廣場玩都很方便，下次去長沙還會選擇這家，優先選擇，

和兒子住的雙人房，床還較寬，床上方掉頂讓人似一道樑壓着，不舒服，房間小，比較擠，重點是淋浴間的玻璃門關上後，玻璃門上的膠條和門框上的膠條居然錯位了，導致洗浴完了門拉不開，又沒有應急或報警鈴，最後不得不把門的膠條抽出來，才得已脱險。幸虧不是老年人或孩子獨自洗浴被困，建議酒店立即改善。很惱火的一次住宿經歷。
