房間設施齊全，洗漱用品都很乾凈，住的很舒服。感謝前台為我們一家老小5口人升級了家庭房，還增加了一份小童早餐，早餐可口，牛肉粉味道不錯，各類品種齊全，下次來常德還會定這裏！

自駕來柳葉湖、河街玩的，酒店位置好找，停車方便，有地下停車場，電梯直達客房，保安很負責任，會引導停車。早餐豐盛，五一期間客人很多。客房乾淨整潔，整體風格有點新中式味道。適合家庭、商務出行。

裝修設施很新，房間很乾凈，衞浴好像都是toto的，進房間不用插卡取電，燈光有智能控制面板很方便，早餐服務也不錯

房間蠻大的，不用插卡取電，這個好評，設施比較齊全，我用的都有，拖鞋吹風等等，也是那種智能化的設計，就那種明亮模式，睡眠模式什麼的，不用一個開關一個開關地按來按去。服務，還可以吧，前台讓安排一個不靠近電梯房子可能睡眠有問題，no problem.地理位置靠近火車站，至於多遠，走路怎麼樣不好參考，因為我坐車過去的哈哈哈。早餐忘記拍了，地方不大，早上起來好多遊客，有點擠，菜品就平常吧，不過那個糯米雞很好吃，好評。
槽點：1.那個洗浴的燈是哪個大聰明設計的，你們看到了嗎啊？就一個小燈條，還收在那個旮旯裏面？誰看得清啊，不過也能洗。2.那個熱水，是我過時了嗎？完全把開關打到冷的這邊打頂，我才能接受這個温度，好燙，而且反應不靈敏，我打到頂，隔了一會變冷了，我又往熱這邊打了一點才回暖。3.空調沒暖氣，調的制熱模式，26度，沒熱風。我調的26度，模式一個“雪花❄️”一個“太陽🌞”，我調的太陽🌞，不要試圖狡辯！！！就是沒熱風。不過春季不怎麼冷，放你們一馬。
整體好評吧，裏面蠻好看的，設施也不舊，入住的時候6點鐘有人在外面唱歌，窗户關了隔音也挺不錯的，有效果，那個帆布袋可以免費用嗎哈哈哈哈。

強烈好評，攜程將近20年的會員住過那麼多酒店，這家酒店給我印象最深刻，一進酒店門口，保安大叔笑臉相迎並且安排停車，前台熱情，房間設施算不上豪華，但是有種家的感覺，早餐強烈點贊，比貴州的希爾頓要好吃的多，也有可能是口味不一樣，個人感覺住過的酒店早餐最對胃口的一家，強烈點贊👍

環境：這家2021年新開業的酒店位於常德市火車站以北3公里，乘坐28路公交車3站可達，屬於城市的新建城區，周邊的商業設施還比較淡，有湘雅醫院的分院和張家界市民中心。
衞生：室內外衞生狀況還是不錯的。但隔音效果不理想，夜裡樓上的下水聲音極大，影響休息。
設施：酒店客房設施很好，空間寬敞，佈局合理，乾濕分離，電視機大，可以投影，自動窗簾，燈光控制操作簡單，電源多樣。早餐環境好，食材豐富。
服務：遺憾的是我們連住兩天，傍晚回來發現客房竟然沒有做過清潔，聯繫前台後，安排值班人員做了緊急處理，這種情況是在我們的旅途中實屬罕見。
