Embassy Suites by Hilton Raleigh Durham Research Triangle

Since beds are only double, that is tough. We used the hide-a-bed and it is horrible and the couch stinks. Other than that… it is a beautiful hotel.

I paid $250 for 1 night. (I called ahead to try to book through the hotel but the rooms in the discounted block were sold out and they offered no other discount). I expected high quality for the price and room was mediocre. I would been more satisfied with this room if price was lowered, as it did not meet $250+taxes in quality. Checking in and out-there were ZERO carts to help move items in when checking in and ZERO carts available for checking out of the room. I had to haul all our things with nunerous trips. Tub was also dirty looking with an old mat imprint that was discolored and brown areas throughout bottom of tub. (Room #933) The indoor Pool was also dingy. We had to go ask to have towels brought in at front desk. The hotel breakfast and breakfast staff were wonderful. I thought the 2 free drinks from bar was nice however, I wasn't able to take the offer as the time frame in which they were offered didn't work with my schedule. Overall, the room was spacious, but Hotel/room was just okay. Just not exactly what I would expect for the price.

We truly appreciated our stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Raleigh Durham Research Triangle. We don't often leave detailed reviews, but we were so happy with our experience. Everyone was incredibly friendly - from the front receptionists, to the breakfast crews, to the lead maintenance manager, and the cleaning staff... We enjoyed everything and everyone. We'll be staying here again and have already recommended this hotel to others.

Embassy Suites is an amazing hotel. Everything you need is located at the hotel! I’ve stayed numerous times and each time I’ve always had a great experience.

No cleaning after requesting two times. Can’t reach front desk. It’s not a very well ran hotel.

This is a very good hotel, very well managed, but breakfast finishes too early on weekdays, and if you are on vacation, you don’t want to wake up at 7:00 am to have breakfast before 9:00 am. Also, the check out time is too early as well, 11:00 am!

Overall very nice hotel Check in was took too long as there was a long line and only one person working who was training someone as well.

This was a quick one night getaway for NYE and we enjoyed our stay. The indoor pool was open, which was a plus with my 9 yr old and the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Only thing was the ice machine on the 5th floor, didn't seem to be working, but we made do. I will definitely stay here again.
