Slightly outdated hotel, but everything ok and very good service.
Breakfast could have been a little more extensive. All in all worth the money.

Hotel Santa Gilla provided the perfect location for our wedding, and we couldn't have been more satisfied with everything. It was great and quiet, very close to the airport, a supermarket, and restaurants. Cagliari is a short bus ride away. The rooms were all very spacious and clean. The food served by the restaurant is amazing. During the week the offer a buffet dinner with plenty of choice. The breakfast is also buffet that does not compromise on quality. I truly recommend the Hotel Santa Gilla for both accommodation and restaurant. Staff went the extra mile to make sure that all the guests were happy. L'Hotel Santa Gilla è stata la location perfetta per il nostro matrimonio e non avremmo potuto essere più soddisfatti. Era davvero fantastico e tranquillo, vicinissimo all'aeroporto, a un supermercato e a dei ristoranti. Cagliari è facilmente raggiungibile con un breve viaggio in autobus. Le camere erano tutte molto spaziose e pulite. Il cibo servito dal ristorante è delizioso. Durante la settimana per cena offrono un buffet con una vasta scelta. Anche la colazione è a buffet e mantiene un'ottima qualità. Lo staff ha dato il massimo per assicurarsi che tutti gli ospiti fossero soddisfatti.

Good value for money. Helpful and efficient staff although the hotel was almost fully booked. Clean all over. No noice. Offer from the hotel's own website was significantly lower than from traditional hotel booking portals. And the hotel was flexible and fair when - with short notice - we had to shorten our stay from four to two nights. So overall a fine experience.

Stayed here in early May 2024 for our daughter's wedding. Very happy with everything from arrival to departure. Staff were helpful, courteous and professional from reception, dining room and housekeeping. A special thanks to Ilaria for all her help before and throughout the wedding day. Everything ran smoothly thanks to you. Very comfortable room overlooking the pool. Breakfast and dinner were great, big selection of dishes for both. For a change we went to local restaurants within walking distance. Hotel pool was spotless , lifeguard on duty to ensure everyone's safety. Beautiful gardens for guests to roam around. Loved our week long stay here and would hope to return in the near future.

Could not recommend this hotel more. Staff were so friendly. Had a shopping centre opposite the hotel. It had a fab clothes shop for men, women, kids. Also a shop called Douglas which is similar to seophora A great pharmacy, jewelery shop, pharmacy, cafe. The hotel is so serene, pool is fab. Gardens are fab. We will definitely be back. We had our 2 kids age 6 and 8 with us

The hotel is located about 20 minutes drive from the airport. It is only a bus ride away from the city itself, with a few restaurants, cafes, a chemist and supermarket nearby. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, the pool & garden areas were beautiful. It was extremely good value for money. Some of us had the buffet dinner on the first night of our stay. There was a varied selection of very tasty foods. Breakfast was good every morning. My first floor bedroom was perfect for me, with a balcony overlooking the pool and mountains. It was a big room with a very comfortable bed. The staff arranged airport transfers and a tour for us. Also, they were helpful with other advice and suggestions throughout our stay. They were of personal help to me when I needed to attend a medical centre over a weekend. Without a doubt, the best thing about this hotel was all of their staff members; helpful, courteous, and extremely friendly!
