The accommodation is comfortable and set in a stunning location of mountains and paddy fields. The service is exceptional. We loved the three nights we were there and would highly recommend it.

The accommodation is about a 40-minute drive from Sapa town, but I was satisfied because I think that's how far you need to go to get that view. This is my second visit to Sapa, and if I come again, I'd like to stay here. The service is also good. It might vary from person to person, but the massage, which cost over 90,000 Korean Won, was not good. I kept thinking it was a waste of money the whole time.

The views at Topas Ecolodge are absolutely breath-taking, but unfortunately, the service fell far short of expectations. We stayed for my husband’s birthday, but the hotel did very little to make it special. At the restaurant, the dinner was expensive, yet the steak was poorly cooked, and our waitress didn't top up our water once throughout the entire meal. To make matters worse, we found cockroaches in our Executive Premium Room. I raised these issues directly with reception hoping management would step in and resolve them, but nothing was done. Breath-taking location, but the lack of basic service and attention to guest concerns ruined what should have been a memorable stay.

We had an amazing time at Topas Ecolodge. The most defined stay I have ever had. From the service to the staff, the food and the facilities. We did have the premium breakfast and village with pool. I can't explain more with words, you have to experience it yourself. Definitely coming back whenever ee visit Vietnam again.
