Very nice hotel, with friendly staff. The room was spacious with a nice terrace overlooking the side street but also the sea. Everything was very clean, but I wished there was a shower instead of a bathtub. Good breakfast and excellent location just across the street from the beach and withing walking distance from the town centre.

Amazing location overlooking Tortosa. The approach road was narrow and steep and signposting wasn’t great. However they have a large car park right outside the hotel. The reception staff were lovely and spoke many languages, English included, so check in was easy and problem free. We had a really nice room, with balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the en-suite was spotless although I am not a lover of showers over the bath. The view from our room was amazing. We felt the restaurant was rather over priced and the food wasn’t to our taste, so we opted to eat in the bar area. The barman was lovely, couldn’t have been more accommodating and pleasant for the two nights we were there. Breakfast was included in our room rate and although there was a large selection of items, the room was stifling hot, that together with the surliness of some of the waiting staff meant we didn’t enjoy breakfast at all. We did have a nice stay but I’m not sure we would go again, the price was very high probably because of the location.

Lovely hotel/apartments. Very clean in all the main buildings. Lovely outside area, pool could do with clean. Mind you, it is March, so only the very brave or silly would go in it. The surround of the pool has a few sunbeds, but plenty of other seating. Beware, there are no kettles in the room, and none are held at reception. The coffee machine takes the little coffee canisters. Takes ages to try and make a cup of tea. We ended up using a pan to boil water for brews. A kettle in the room would be a good idea. Especially in the apartments. The bar is lovely, all staff are very friendly and will help where they can. We haven't tried the food yet, so I can not comment on that. Parking is underground with limited spaces. This is via side road on the right past the hotel. There is a petrol station across the road, a big supermarket and a LIDL nearby. They close 2100. We didn't see any open restaurants nearby apart the one in hotel. Loads of little extras in the room, toothbrush and paste, cotton wool pads and buds, razor (use at you own peril), shoe horn, shoe shine sponge and a little pack of cotton, needles and buttons.

Hotel that is fabulous in photos, but it is not so much in reality. Exquisite reception attention. The hotel is in a place where at 17 a.m. everything is closed. Only the hotel is open. We arrived at 22.30 and we had no choice to have no dinner, nor can we buy anything around to have something to drink. The hotel is very nice, boutique type, breakfast is served on the table (small hotel, buffet breakfast doesn't make sense) but everything is of great quality, and although the portions are initially small and scarce, you are absolutely satisfied. The Ebro delta is a phenomenal visit from here, but the millions of mosquitos that, necessarily and where we are expected, are finally made pieces and unpleasant. But this is true.
