Just had the best week at this family run hotel . The rooms are a bit basic but I don’t let put that out you off I don’t want to spend my holiday in my room ! They are clean spacious and the the hotel team can’t do enough for you. Mainly Spanish families and a few Brits who have found this Gem . We have a week booked with jet 2 up the road next year and are going to cancel to come back here . A great location and Cala longa is perfect for families . 💯 recommend this place it’s such a lovely vibe and such great value for money

definitely the worst place in Ibiza, dirty apar**ent, no air conditioning, doors don't close, electrical outlets don't work, wifi doesn't work, they don't clean the apar**ent at all ... definitely everything from the 50s, terrible service! they don't understand anything.... they have a problem with the order for 2 people they don't remember anything

We have stayed here many times before and will continue to stay again. Beautifully situated on the lovely Cala Llonga beach. The rooms are spotlessly clean, with everything you would need. If it’s not there the supermarket is downstairs! The hosts are willing to help at any time. Well recommended.

I visited cala llonga in september 2021. Booked a week in an apar**ent in this place. Communication was great via whatapp. Paid for aircon in the room which worked great. Location is fantastic right by the shops and supermarket and a 2 minute walk to the beach. The manager was great in sorting is out with the room and paperwork. The food was good and barman/cook was a good lad. The blond girl was georgeous and very helpfull also. Pardon me im terrible with names. All in a great place to stay when in cala llonga a good base camp. Cleaner cleans the rooms daily with a nice pool area also. We had a street side balcony which at first we were dissapointed with but it turned out great because you can see the spanish people and tourists going about there business. Very good thanks And thanks to the staff for being nice and friendly. Love and peace❤️👍

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good and affordable breakfast and lunch. Adequate prices. Very good location with nearby beach and shops. Room cleaning and towel replacement every day

We booked two apar**ents through an Ibiza travel agency for 4 nights in August. Upon our arrival at the facility at 12.00 we had the first surprise ... our reservation does not appear; we contact the agency who assures us that everything is ok but the owner, who only speaks Spanish, denies it claiming that he hasn't received any payment from the agency and makes fun of us because we paid an agency without knowing where ours would end up money! We leave the matter to the travel agent and go to the beach. At 13.30 we are contacted by the agency who confirms that we can go to the residence because everything has been resolved. We return at 18 and here is the second surprise of the "pleasant gentleman" who informs us with a smile that the reservation is for only one apar**ent. We contacted the agency who, after several phone calls with the owner, managed to get him to recover our reservation and also the payment. The impression was that the "nice gentleman" enjoyed teasing us! We decided with the collaboration of the agency to move the next day and at the time of check out the "nice gentleman" asked us to pay the tourist tax for all 4 days despite the fact that we were leaving the structure after only one day. regarding the structure there is little to add to the other reviews I've read, it wasn't so much the old and shabby furniture of the premises as the stuffy smell and the internal heat that seemed to be in a bunker. We are considering presenting the Hoja de reclamaciones del consell insular de Ibiza e Formentera because such a situation has never happened to us and should never happen!
