We took all of our family to Cairns for my 60th birthday so we needed two 3 bedroom apartments I called the apartments and talked to Anna she was amazing did everything for us to make my family feel comfortable nothing was problem for her and she went out of her way for us. The rooms were huge well appointed and clean and tidy, the facilities were fantastic and the closeness to Cairns Central shopping centre was bonus as well as access to all the tourist sites that you need to do in Cairns. The location is dead centre cairns city, the 4 bed dorm is good for a group. The kitchen on level 4 is lovely, although some other quests do not clean up after themselves. The pool is lovely & you can get discounts on food and drink in the bar. The the aircon in the room cannot be controlled, we had to sleep in hoodies because it was so cold in the room. There is then NO aircon in the communal areas, making it incredibly uncomfortable to cook or relax. There is not clothes horse for drying clothes. The music that plays every night until 3am can we heard in every room in the hostel! One of the bar waitresses was very rude, pass-remarkable, made personal comments (weight/clothing) and poorly mannered in general.

We loved the atmosphere of the whole environment and had lunch there today. Sitting in a secluded outdoor overlooking the pool, we felt we could have a holiday anywhere in the world. The six of us were satisfied with our meals and thought they were great value for money. We both had a tiger prawn salad for $19 and the wardrobe had a fragrant taste. Three super special menus (which have closed) for $15, including a glass of wine, beer, soft drinks, coffee, and another $15 price is very close to the people including a chicken hamburger and potato chips. The waiting staff is friendly. Our only regret is: “Why didn’t we discover this place earlier?”

The hotel has rich amusement facilities, which is especially suitable for taking children to play. You can go to the pool during the day. In the evening, you can play trampolines and slides. You can also watch movies after dark. It is really suitable for children. My daughter did n’t live enough.
