The Benson Hotel

We stays for 4days. Hotel was clean and modern as pictures. breakfast and location is excellent. Staffs friendly and helpfull. Happy to be back again one day ;)) Thanks for everyone.

Absolutely awful hotel — not worth the price tag. The cleanliness was shocking. The room was clearly not cleaned properly. We deliberately left the shower head on the floor before leaving, and when we returned, it was still exactly where we had left it. It was obvious that the bathroom had not been properly cleaned at all. For a hotel charging this kind of money, that is completely unacceptable. The front-desk staff were equally disappointing. There was very little customer service, no real sense of urgency, and certainly no attempt to make us feel like valued guests. The staff clearly need proper customer-service training. To make matters worse, we had teenagers running around and making noise throughout the night. Why would a hotel put a group of teenagers on the same floor as families and expect everyone else to simply put up with the noise? We barely got any peace or sleep. For the price you pay, the experience is nowhere near what you would expect. Save your money and stay at somewhere like the Pullman instead. There are far better options where you actually get the level of cleanliness, service and comfort you are paying for. Overall, a very disappointing stay. Would not recommend and definitely would not stay here again.
