Cabo Frio Hotels & Accommodations

My wife and I hosted 2x in the hotel, and when it was part of the Best Western hotel line, the hotel was new, the spectacular location, a dream of hotel. Meanwhile, we visited again in April 2022, we were impressed with the little: swallowing beds; opened for day use; sent a old potato purée (so much as they apologize to see that it was acetic); very fat food; The hotel is very well located, in front of the channel, paradise landscape! There is no investment, as the level has fallen!

Wonderful hotel, receptionist who attended me in check-in a love (sorry not to remember the name) always all very requested staff, all very gentle are congratulated, the bed clothes and towels so cherry that it was to feel before going into the room, always making the perfect room fit when we went out, breakfast a delicious with a lot of options, always making repos quickly, good location near everything! 15 minutes from Arraial and near the neighborhood of the passing that is perfect night, excellent covered parking, tasty swimming pool, very good sauna! We love everything without exception!

The hotel is relatively new, with good facilities in general and good equipment in the rooms. But stop there. When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that the washing was late and so was without towels in my room. And that I would arrive in 15 minutes. The room was only in the night. The phone was in bad contact and needed maintenance. The bedbed .... I found well medium, because when I was lying, it was drowning, and over the night it was a little uncomfortable. The room cleaning service on the first day passed only close to 17h. The room TV was with the sparkled image. In the morning breakfast, everything was very confused: the lous was finished all the time and as well as food, it took a long time to rest. The hotel staff even made a lot of effort, but there was still a little bit to make a better service.One of the Uber drivers I picked up during my stay told me that the hotel was one of the best in Cape Frio. I think that for what the hotel is offering and charges, there is still a lot of process development and care.

Amazing place to stay, right at beach is excellent location. Room was great, staff extremely friendly. Very clean and they are in complaincy with Covid prevention and rules at been enforced at the hotel. The include breakfast is one of the best I had on my 45 years of traveling. Front desk and management is there for you!. They call us by our names, always smiling for you and much more. I will definitely come back. If you want the best room, ask for one with big balcony at front of the hotel. The view is amazing, room is very large (could use more furniture or have a spa in) but the view is priceless. I would recommend to stay away from rooms close to elevators because Brazilians are loud ( I am Brazilian lol) but overall close to the best area and food. It is an amazing suite with the best view but you got to be lucky to get that one, great view on second floor, easy to know, look my pictures and you will see why the view is priceless. I highly recommend visit Búzios but if you are not driving, ask staff to get you a driver if you need to visit cities near by, don't use any locals the hotel staff don't recommend. In Búzios, go in a busy days and try to be back before streets start getting empty. They call a driver for me and he even took me back to airport because I changed my plans and didn't have enough time to call my main transportation company WRio. Don't go by helicopter because is not a landing area near by, you will have to fly to Cabo Frio Airport. I do recommend this hotel and if you need to get there, you better call a transportation company, DO NOT GO BY BUS, I heard take hours because they stop at many places to pickup other passengers. Renting a car is an option but honestly with traffic, radars and gasoline at $7 per gallon, you will be almost the same using a transportation company. I used WRio Transport and was a Five star rating company. Excellent drivers, bulletproof vehicles and owner is on top of whole operation. They offer beach chairs and beach umbrella ( make sure get there early, umbrella is limited by city code enforcement) I could write so much but been by far the best place I ever stay at Pero Beach should be enough. For the ladies, ask to go to ”Rua dos Biquines”, you won't believe but a nice one is $10 and you will pay $65 in USA. At beach, right to your left is ”Barraca do Sorriso”, they have the best food and you eat at the table on the sand. Amazing food. I always prefer using professionals and read reviews before go anywhere and I hope this will help.

We like the stay, breakfast was all.Ok,,,the super pleasant environment, Some unpleasant details were the water was with a strong smell of well water,the shower wasn't warm much,, The hotel is very comfortable and well located despite these small details. Note zero because the hotel has no parking,

A melhor experiência da vida! Eu e meu marido visitamos Arraial fora de feriado, fomos na semana e encontramos uma jóia no quesito beleza e hospitalidade. A pousada tanto mar é muito limpa e organizada. Toda a equipe esteve sempre nos servindo com muito carinho e presteza. Estamos encantados! Para quem gosta de um bom café da manhã, boas acomodações e comodidades extras, e quem aprecia a natureza vai amar a posada Tanto Mar! Já estamos ansiosos pra próxima visita! Ah, a localização TB é privilegiada! Pertinho das prainhas do Atalaia, tem muitos mirantes ao redor. A subida é ingrime, mas devagar da pra ir de boa! Táxis e Uber TB levam até a pousada.

Pousada nova, funcionários muito educados e prestativos! Custo/benefício excelente!!! Os quartos são muito confortáveis e tem varanda. O café da manhã é simples mas bom. Fica um pouco distante da praia mas não chega a ser um problema. A capacidade para automóveis é limitada a 3 vagas mas a rua é bem tranquila!!
