The hotel is in the Çekirge area, we made a reservation without meals, so we did not have dinner or breakfast. Since the parking area of the hotel is limited, the friends to whom we handed over the keys parked our car on the roadside, approximately 150 meters ahead of the hotel (this is not a problem for me), I can say that it is a f/p hotel.

The rooms are large and clean. But my guest was not satisfied. He said that the furniture was old and he could not sleep because of the noise. There is a thermal pool but no massage etc. It may be preferred if you went to Bursa for business. it has parking

We took a superior room, but the room was poorly maintained. The shower drains were clogged and since there was no threshold in the sink, water entered the room. There were dust and paint residues in many parts of the room. Shampoo, shower gel and personal care products were not included. The TV decoder was about to fall at any moment. We chose a room with a city view, but we couldn't see much of the view, it was quite closed. There was a swimming cap requirement for the pool.

The worst hotel, we ever went too. We stayed for one night. We were a tour group and everyone in our group complained about the room. The bathroom was really dirty, with mould. I refused to sleep in that condition and were offered the Presidental Room which was more spacious but still dirty with mould. Dinner buffet was terrible, breakfast was slightly better.

This hotel is near the city center. It has a good breakfast,but the glasses and the forks aren't clean. The hotel is very noisy. It isn't a family hotel. The bedroom is very dirty. The bed and the TV are broken. The phone is broken,too. There aren't any clean towels. There aren't refreshments. There is a safe in my room,but not in all rooms. There is an air conditioning. The staff are lovely. There are historical buildings near the hotel. The hotel doesn't have a gym,mini golf and tennis.

I am a South African and travelled to Turkey on holiday.We were booked into this hotel by travel agent. Upon arrival, service was good. We arrived in the late evening and supper wasn’t much variety or good. This could be because we arrived late. Staff were friendly. The lifts are small and can fit 2 people with 2 x big luggage and 2 x small luggage bags. We had a long wait for the lift due to the number of people on the tour. When we get to our room (double bed room), to our disgust the room smelt like cigarette. Shower was filthy with mould in the shower. Hairdryer didn’t work, aircon blowed just warm air. Reported same to manager who sent up his technician. We were then moved to the jacuzzi suite. Which was much more cleaner and better. Breakfast was good..better variety than supper and it’s tasty.

The room was not at all as presented in the photos. Cleanliness and hygiene is unacceptable. There was fungus in the fridge and hair on sheets. When we asked to change for a cleaner room, they refused and asked for more money.

The stay was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The hotel is clean but need to focus more cleanliness in the bathroom. Air conditioners needs to be fixed as both rooms ACs were not working properly

The breakfast was nice, but the cleanliness of the towels and pillowcases was not taken into consideration. There were stains on the towel, it looked very bad, and the pillowcase had a distinct odor from the skin of the previous customer.

The pool and spa are not open, only the reception will inform you about this. There was no mention of this when booking. The room is spacious with a refrigerator. The TV and receiver live their own lives (the batteries are dead) and are part of the interior. The bathroom is shabby, the sink is cracked, the shower head is 3/4 clogged, water is gushing out of the hose, but I wish it was from the shower head. We went there dreaming of a nice 2-day thermal holiday. Frankly, we regret it. It's a filthy, shabby place that definitely needs renovation in every sense. There was a problem in the bathroom, let alone taking a shower, even when you wash your hands, everything gets flooded. It's not thermal water, it's warm water as you know, you feel cold in the water. When I think of the dirt at the bottom of the pool and the mold-blackened stones on the ceiling, I feel nauseous. We paid 600 TL for dinner for two, 2 Izmir meatballs and two spoons of rice. Even though they say dinner is included. The bed was very, very bad, as if it were collapsing on the floor when you lay down, the sheets were old and smelled bad, the walls of the room were yellow with cigarettes and dirt, the curtains were pitch black, the ceiling was yellow and mouldy. I don't believe that someone who came this time will ever come again. We got burned, you don't get burned, in short :)

I stayed one night in room 601 at this hotel, which they booked for my business trip. When I arrived at the hotel with my car, the valet friends took the keys and took them to their own parking lot, there was no parking problem. The gentleman at the reception was very friendly, but unfortunately the lady at the reception the next morning did not show the same friendliness. The room I stayed in was on the last floor and was quite spacious. There is a jacuzzi in the room. I wanted to use it, but I couldn't enjoy it after 12 at night because the jacuzzi made a lot of noise. The hotel needs to check this jacuzzi. The room was clean and tidy. Sleep quality is good. They use original packaged fruit juices, not concentrated fruit juice. This is a nice detail. I couldn't use the indoor pool because it was closed in the evening. Their treatment made me decide not to stay in this hotel again in Bursa, where I stay for almost 2-3 days every month. Because the Turkish Coffee detail erased all the positive things.
