A very nice establishment very well located for visiting Budapest, because the location is central and it is very well served by means of transport. In fact, you have a metro line and a bus line right in front of the hotel. The decor is very beautiful and the staff provides top-notch service. The only downside to our experience was that our room on the 5th floor had 2 very high windows offering no possibility of having a view of the outside. This information was not brought to our attention when booking.

Hotel location is good, downtown. The hotel has a long history and opened in 1856. The whole hotel has a strong culture and is similar to the Peace Hotel in Shanghai. Hotel prices are moderate and cost effective. Walk about 15 minutes from the Danube. It is convenient to shop around and there are many supermarkets. The breakfast is very plentiful and suitable for bringing children together. The hotel has a swimming pool spa. The room can accommodate an extra bed. Very satisfied!

Hotel breakfast is very good, adult 16 euros, half price for children. The only bad thing is the two bedrooms, with two shower rooms, but there is only one toilet. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was stunned by the exquisite small lobby, especially the small hot spring pool. The children like it very much, and they don't want to come out when they soak in it. The room is generally small, but tasteful, I don't like to be in a daze in the room except for sleeping. The gym is good. There is a patio beside the hot spring pool. It is very comfortable to lie down in it for a while. It's nice to have a rooftop garden restaurant👍

I was given so many complimentary benefits such as: - Early Check In/Late Check Out - 15% Discount In Hotel Services - Free Room Upgrade (From Standard Studio To 2 Bedroom Penthouse Apartment) - Complimentary Bottle Of Champagne With A Welcome Letter Big shoutout to Robert & Emese for ensuring my stay was superb from check in to check out. The staff always greeting me when seeing me at reception, which really made me feel welcome by giving me the V.I.P treatment. As for the two bedroom penthouse apartment, I was really impressed from the modern interior to how spacious the apartment was, as I originally booked for a studio room. I was allocated on the 8th floor which was the highest floor in the building. I had a balcony upstairs in my bedroom and downstairs in the living room where I can enjoy the morning views each day. The bathrooms in both rooms had nice aesthetics and was very spacious. You literally all the apartments amenities you may need from a washing machine to fridge to a stove and oven. For the spa absolutely amazing. It had a igloo concept of a design which was different but I loved it. Throughout the spa complex you can feel your presence noticed as I was greeted by every staff. The spa is situated on the other side of the hotel which is connected to their sister brand hotel Anantara New York Palace Budapest. Positives: Within the city centre, modern design, good amenities, great customer service. They have everything you may need for both business and leisure. Negatives: No smart TV, breakfast isn’t really spoilt for choice but it’s okay. Recommend going once and going elsewhere for the other days, such as the new york cafe which is next door or cafe ciruksz if you want a full English type breakfast. Thank You NH Collection - Budapest City Center for having me and your service was impeccable. I look forward to visiting again in the future.

A good Hotel which we overall enjoyed. What we like: The Hard Rock concept with a nice soundbar in the room. Design and details of the Hotel. For example light goes on in the wardrobe when you open it. Nice welcome snack and every day water in the room. Service is good and the rooms where clean. What was ok: The breakfast is overall ok but maybe a little bit to less variety. Parking per day with 35€ a little bit expensive (you need it!) What we don’t like: Size of the room for the price is to small. 2 small suitcases is difficult to handle.

The room was well organized, and when I checked in, there was a piece of waste paper such as a cash register behind the toilet door. It was still there until we left for a week. At the beginning, I lived at No. 44 without writing desk and changed to 45. Maybe the front desk is the partition wall. The phone rings from time to time, which will affect sleep. Please avoid it perfectly.

Good location. Located within minutes of the opera House, subway and at the street with a lot of shops selling branded products. The room was big, clean but pretty dated looking. The bed was the best I slept on, having changed hotels multiple times during my Eastern Europe trip. My gripe was the short flight of stairs at the entrance of the hotel. There was no ramp so some travellers may face difficulties lifting their luggage up the stairs.

Next to the hotel is a Chinese restaurant opened by an aunt in Shanghai, which is cost-effective. However, the environment of the old town is slightly dirty and poor. Hotel facilities are old, this price may be able to live in a better hotel in the new city. Breakfast is normal, bread is the main thing, not very suitable for Chinese taste.

A good hotel but still needs to work on a few things. Rooms are excellent. At Breakfast the staff is a bit cold and a touch rude. When asked for butter, which ran out, a huge - „what?“, followed by an „ahhhh“ as the diva devine walked off to replace. Wine served at the bar is dishwasher water - come on - you are a wine Country, so serving wine which is the cheapest possible - seriously!!! Otherwise you can fault.

First, we were struck by the excellent location on the ‘Pest’ side of Budapest, in amongst a number of major attractions and only a 10/15 minute walk from the Danube. We were warmly welcomed. The room looked newly refurbished, was clean, a good size and was very quiet. It was on the 1st floor and had a view of a court yard. The room had a huge bed, plenty of storage, a nice walk in shower and the usual amenities including shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, iron etc. You also get a safe and tea and coffee making facilities. There is parking but we used cabs so no need. Reception team was excellent and very helpful. They helped us get reservations at local restaurants and helped get us taxis to places we needed to go. On our last day, they stored our luggage for us too so we could go off for the day. Great bunch, all speaking excellent English and all happy to help. The hotel seemed very busy and this did impact breakfast on a daily basis. We were late down to breakfast on the first day due to a very late arrival and found the breakfast to be a little chaotic. Equally, on all 3 of our days stay, we found breakfast buffet was cold, so unless you awaited a fresh omelette or made yourself a Belgian Waffle, you were faced with cold or topped food. Some of the breakfast team were lovely and helpful but I’m afraid some would clearly rather be somewhere else and showed little interest in the state of the place with many tables covered in breakfast debris. This didn’t mar our stay but as with a lot of Hilton’s, the breakfast buffet is a nice option, but rarely executed well, particularly when the hotel is busy. So, overall, we would very much recommend this hotel. Lovely staff - maybe don’t expect too much from breakfast - superb location and the rates I secured were reasonable. We’d stay here again.

Turned up to find the apartments had very loud building works. They could start at early as 7am and our apartment and balcony were facing the building works 🙄 no need for an alarm clock 😁 Paid to upgrade our apartment to have a separate bedroom and agreed on 10 euros a night but then they added another 11 euros on for cleaning services despite us already paying for cleaning services. We were here for 4 nights and no cleaning was done/towels or bed linen changed. So, not sure what the cleaning costs were for? The room was dirty, needed a good dusting but it was just a place to sleep so we just put up with it. Where the apartments are is ideal, 10 to 20 minutes to most touristy places although taxis are cheap but get them to put it on the metre as they charge you triple if you ask for a price before getting in. The small Cuban bar next door is lovely and and the Cuban lady that worked there was lovely & if quiet, we could DJ the bar 🤣 Wouldn't stay here again as the apartment was filthy.
