The location is very convenient, close to the central station and the main square, both within 5 minutes' walk We were arranged to live on the top floor. The view was not special. There was a big Smurf just downstairs. Bottled water in the room will not be provided every day, only one bottle will be provided to each room on the first day of check-in.

The location is super strategic. You can sit in the small square downstairs for a whole day. The scenery is very good. Brussels itself is not big. It is very convenient to go anywhere from the hotel. Downstairs is full of food and shops selling various souvenirs. Brussels is not chaotic at all and the air is very good. It is a place I loved during this trip.

Perfect for transportation and location in the city centre. Within walking distance to tourist attractions such as Grande Palace and Royal Palace. Even though it was a 4-star hotel, there were paper cups instead of cups in our room and the variety and number of hot drinks were very limited. Apart from that, cleanliness and attitude of the staff were good.

The location is very advantageous. The square is very lively at night. The hotel's front desk is open and serves as both the front desk and the bar. It's very interesting! The room was quiet and clean! I really like the color and lighting of the bathroom. It seems to be light green? It feels very fresh! Comfortable!

The location is perfect. lots of restaurants,shops,landmarks around the hotel. The room is clean,facilities are great. It was a freezing day, but a hot bathtub made us warm.

Only good quality is the location. The room we got might have been slept in. The beds were barely made. The sheets were loose and untucked. The sofa beds already open. There was only 1 working elevator. They refused to allow early check in when the room was ready, without charging, which is just not done. An embarrassment to the Novotel name.

Excellent hotel I a great area

The location is suitable, not far from tourist attractions, and there is a supermarket nearby for convenient purchase of necessary items. There is a souvenir street next to it, where you can buy Belgium's famous chocolate. If you take a few more steps, you will find a restaurant where you can dine and it tastes good.

We had a family room. The two kids beds were cot style but both kids found them comfortable.
