It's ridiculous that went to a hot weather place and the hotel don't have air conditioning, and if they have some rooms with ac why is not offered

The room only had a fan, it did not have air conditioning and with the climate of Puerto Escondido, air conditioning is essential. In the 5 days of our stay, they never provided cleaning service to the room, they did not change our towels or sheets, much less give us basic hygiene products in a hotel.

I think that for what they offer, it is a little expensive, they don't have a TV, the beds are not that comfortable and although they have a community refrigerator, a bar fridge in the room would have been better… overall good, but for the next visit, maybe look for a different accommodation because not having parking is a delicate issue, it left me uneasy leaving the vehicle on the street!!!

The beds are extremely comfortable and it is very close to the beach. The small pool is a great place to relax during the hot midday hours.
The rooms are generally quite worn. But OK for the price.

During my stay they never washed the bathroom, nor did they change the sheets and towels.
Apart from one night we were without electricity, I know that the electricity service is not in their hands and it was a general failure, but I would recommend they have a power plant or solar panels
