The hotel is located on the main road of Bologna, across the road from the Cathedral. On the day of the check-in, a grand religious celebration is held, as it is close to the road and you can walk through the road to feel. The room is large, especially the bathroom, and it is no exaggeration to say that you can dance inside. There is an emergency alarm rope near the toilet and the shower. I have pulled two times in the unknown. I have to call the security immediately and need no assistance. It is quite professional and safe. The bathroom accessories are famous Italian brands, the quality is very good, they are brought back to China after they have not been used up, especially like it. The breakfast room was slightly crowded and the dishes were average, but there were even porridge dishes. Later, I learned that there were Japanese monks and local religious groups to hold a friendly relationship and cooperation ceremony during the stay. It was very interesting to walk from the hotel. The restaurant waiter also asked us about Chinese tastes and Chinese cuisine. Although the English communication between the two sides could not convey the essence of Chinese food, they communicated clearly with the help of the body language and imagination. The breakfast was really good. A cultural exchange platform, the restaurant waiter is also very friendly. In general, although it is not the best hotel in Italy, it is also a great place to experience.

On our round trip through northern Italy, we stopped in Bologna from 24.7.-25.7.22. We had booked a Classic double room at UNAHotels Bologna Centro via an online platform. Likewise, we already know UNAHotels from previous stays in other cities. The hotel is located outside the old town. It's a comfortable 20-minute walk. Unfortunately, the check-in did not work smoothly. The room was not ready at 13.15. The reception could not even check us in. They could only do that when the room was ready. I have never experienced anything like this and it has never happened in any other UNA hotel. Fortunately, we were able to drop off the luggage. A garage is also an advantage in Bologna. The reservation worked without a problem here, cost 22 euros per night. The room was very good. Size, comfort and cleanliness were perfect. The bathroom is also good. Everything necessary is available. Modern furnishings. Our request for a room on the upper floors was met. Wifi is good. The breakfast has everything you could want. Despite the discrepancies at check in, we can recommend the UNAHotels Bologna Centro.

The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. I was offered to change a room for one of the higher levels when I arrived after paying the difference of the price, and I agreed with pleasure. The room was very beautiful. The only sin, not negligible given the level of the room, was the finding of a long black hair (not clearly of my property since I am shaved nor of the other person host) in the bedroom of the mattress and a cup of coffee used by the previous guest on the terrace balaustral.

This is a personal opinion, the hotels location is great, just across the road from the Train station, several bus stops within walking distance and taxi rank just nearby. Overall it didn’t give me that 4 star hotel experience, I found the rooms and bathrooms outdated, the rooms could do with a refurb and better lighting and air system, could be a lot better. The areas I covered or seen are clean, staff are ok-ish except one of the receptionist (Giulia) she was brilliant and she took a request of mine at heart and delivered it as requested.

Good, solid 4 star hotel. Not far from the city center, around 2km, you can get there with ease by foot or take a bus. Room was clean with a great view of San Luca sanctuary (ask foom on 5th floor, wtih courtyard view). The was on kittle we should be in 4* hotel. Breakfast was rally good with a wide range of products, however most of them were sweet bakery. Staff was helpful, we had an issue with the fridge and they sorted it out. Superior quality of room service - our room was daily cleaned, towels changed, soap and gel delivered etc. Bravo. If there could be a chance I would stay there once again.

A nice central hotel. We stayed as a crew overnighting due a night stop. The hotel is clean and perfectly situated in the city centre for a weekend break. Needs some modernising but not to the extent of it being bad. I would stay again. The staff were very helpful (although the receptionists English was poor. Luckily I spoke Italian). The rooms are adequate and the breakfast was good and substantial. Ordered fresh coffee on tap. Be it espresso, latte, etc.

Hotel location is not far from the railway station and the city center. Within 15 minutes of walking, the front desk staff is good. The hotel is some years old, the facilities are not new, the decoration is more classical, but the hotel facilities are quite complete, and the room is very clean. The hotel is located in the city center, just a few minutes' walk from the main attractions. This made it very convenient to explore the city on foot. The self-check-in process was very easy and convenient. I received all the instructions via email and was able to check into my room without any problems. The room was clean and tidy. They cancelled my stay with 2 days notice because I did not check my emails within 24 hours, apparently my card declined. I called as soon as I found out and managed to get signal and check my email but they had already sold my room. 24 hours notice is pathetic especially for travellers who are constantly coming in and out of wifi/connection, let alone checking emails while trying to find a way around a new city. Staff were rude and unhelpful, their response to a previous review was incredibly rude as well saying it is not their responsibility and that their terms are clearly labelled when they are not. I had paid a 10 euro deposit and it said the rest was to be paid upon arrival. Everywhere is booked out now as I’m going for the Grand Prix I have spent the past 5 hours calling hotels and hostels looking for accomodation, they are all sold out let alone even something I can afford (booked this 5 months ago for about 100 euros, the cheapest I can find in bologna is now 500 euros) They obviously do not care about their customers, and this is clearly also a cash grab since I got it for a cheaper price booking so long ago, and they are able to upsell due to the Grand Prix. I am lucky enough now (after 5 hours of looking) to have found accomodation in Rimini (I still paid 300 euros for it though), but I now have to change all of my trains, and will be spending an extra 40 minutes each day trying to get to the Grand Prix. They are extremely rude and unprofessional, and if you book with them make sure you have a backup place to stay.

In the old town of Bologna, it is close to the convention center and the city centre. Even better, the hotel has a good environment, the sun is shining, the air is fresh and circulated, and it is much better than the hotels in the dark alleys in Modena. Even better, there are supermarkets near the hotel, a delicious Chinese restaurant, and a delicious local restaurant. Even better, the hotel staff are super kind and friendly. It's perfect.
