Very satisfied, the hotel is very suitable for traveling by car. We rented a car and drove the car to the other side of the children's windmill the next day. Originally, the room rate did not include breakfast, but I didn’t know how to give us two breakfasts, which were also very delicious. Although the hotel facilities are old, but the sanitation is excellent, the surrounding environment is also very good

We stayed here for one night as a part of our bike tour. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had so much to offer. Our room was large and decorated very unique (a complete wall had a picture of Gouda cheese and the walls in the bathroom complete lit up!). I took a relaxing bath. The water was hot and the bed was incredibly comfortable. You were in easy walking distance to the downtown area. We would stay here again!

We've stayed here before and love the hotel and it's location. Staff are really helpful. Our room faced the road this time but it was quiet. Bed really comfy and plenty of hot water. All very clean. Breakfast is good and the bar prices very good. Parking for our bikes in the garage. Definitely on the recommend list

Stayed here for one evening and enjoyed the comfort of the bed and the excellent front-desk service. The location seemed isolated from town. While it had AC, I couldn’t get the room to feel cool as the thermostat only allows for changes of +/- 3 degrees from whatever central temp they have programmed. While I wasn’t a fan of the service in the restaurant, I was happy in the hotel and bar.

I couldn't sleep all night through the noise of the cars in the highway. Every day cleaners come to your room but the dirty towels are not replaced! Very bad kiss you don't feel good at all during sleep! The expectation is behind the desk and there you can only feel warm, No coffee machine in the room and the water cooker was very dirty! Nice restaurant but for someone who is vegetarian is not made a lot of choice! Some staff were lovely but also someone is at the reception that gives you unwelcome feelings!

Okay, hold on tight, under the bed there was dust from at least 3 weeks. The shower door handle is loose. So in the worst case you can't get out. You pay a lot for that and you can't solve it? I was at the reception today because what is happening here is not reasonable. In 2 hotel rooms we booked there was dust and a spider web. Nice for Halloween, but I would like to pay less for the service. But I couldn't get a few bucks back, that's too much work. Pay attention where you do business... if this is not resolved, we will absolutely not come to Bastion again. The staff is all very sweet and I don't want to say anything about it. But dust in your room and the broken door handle on the shower door are dealt with with a drink... if this is business, I think I can easily compete by hiring a cleaner every now and then and doing little maintenance. I have photos, so I can prove it too. Oh yes, and there was a stain on a bedspread and it was a white stain, all very nice.

Hotel Gorinchem, was a surprisingly nice place to have an overnight stay, the interior decor is nice, and the room as wellm, very comfortable. WIFI worked well. Breakfast was okay, only one thing about these hotels where a lot af the guests are working service technicians that work away from home, they are allowed to sit in their dirty workwear, I don't understand that.

Finally, Gorinchem has an excellent hotel, my 1st stay in the newly opened hotel was excellent, the impressive entrance and lobby, lead to a very nice restaurant and or bar, both of which are extremely comfortable. The room was as expected, very comfortable, quiet an had all the things I needed and all of the staff were I met were helpful, friendly and helped make this stay my 1st of many.
