Although the staff and service were excellent, the property and rooms appeared outdated. The absence of air conditioning made the stay challenging.

Very nice home. Thank you to the young man who made every effort to change my room (resa 2 separate beds and on arrival 1 double bed).
Only negative point = the breakfast which is very simple (but only at 10 euros) = the charcuterie was not very fresh, only 1 cheese, no fruit yoghurt.

Hotel residence very well located, ideal location for visiting Vichy, view of the very pleasant park.
Staff available and welcoming.
Very small problem: a filter coffee maker in the accommodation while an espresso machine is indicated in the services, we had therefore planned our capsules ... plan the change or at least the option at the reception.

One night spent at the Brit Hotel le Parc. Professional and friendly welcome with an explanation and a plan for visiting Vichy. In the morning the person at the reception was also very attentive. Impeccable cleanliness, room of appreciable size. The hallway decor is a bit vintage. I observed that the sorting of paper was not done when clearing breakfast. Good general impression.
