The hotel can really do with a being completely renovated. The staff working there are nice but the owners let the hotel down by not investing in it to keep it up to a standard that make the price would be worth it. The drawers damaged and broken. WiFi extremely limited to the point the TV channels lose signal. Shower head holder in need of replacement. Tiles broken. Bed sheets with holes. Walls are also quite thin making it easy to hear voices and the noises from people in rooms next door. Sorry, but not worth the price I paid.

It couldn't be worse. Forget about the poor hygiene. We said we wanted to change to one with a charging port next to the bed, but we refused to give it. We didn't know, and we didn't dare to ask. We were just passing by...

The environment is not bad, the cleanliness is also good. I originally belong to the hotel colleagues and don't want to give a negative review, but the girl at the front desk was really specific. I ordered takeout and told the takeout, but the takeaway person may have seen that the front desk was busy and did not tell the front desk about the meal. Deliver it to your room with a robot! It was around 8 o'clock in the evening. When I called to inquire, the answer was very impatient, as if I shouldn't order takeout as a hotel guest. Shouldn't I just ask the robot to deliver it? Just like someone owes you, hotels are in the service industry. Even if they are busy at night, they will make reasonable arrangements instead of blaming the guests! A good front office butler service is very important‼ ️Will affect the entire hotel atmosphere
