房間偏小不説，熱水器隱藏式的，淋浴頭後面牆上寫的是60L的請節約用水，但是洗澡洗一半就沒熱水了，等半個多小時再洗，水還沒完全熱，剛洗一會水又涼了，為了趕時間孩子都沒洗澡就退房了，節約用水可以理解，但是最起碼夠一個人洗澡吧，實在太坑人了！

房間設施部份智能化，應該是新裝修過。衞生還行，熱水夠大，沒有地暖衹用空調取暖。在二環，離地鐵站（5和14號線）約1500米個人認為不太方便（拿着行旅或遊玩回去時走路有點遠打滴又太近），但去天壇玩挺近的。性價比算挺高的
