Booked a room for a concert, thought it was very close, but actually it was quite far to walk. The room facilities looked good, and the smart curtains were quite advanced, which was a good thing. But I couldn't find where to hang my clothes. The bathroom in my room only had a toilet, and the shower door couldn't be opened, which was very strange. I don't know if it was damaged by the rain and the lock was not allowed to be used, or I didn't know how to open the door. After all, it was a bit awkward to have no shower in a room that cost hundreds of dollars. Then I arrived at around 2pm that day, and they said there were no rooms and asked me to wait. I waited for an hour and no one called me to check in. I don't know if the front desk forgot about me or what happened. I went to the front desk and they said there was an empty room.
