Marriott Properties in Beihai

Among the three hotels we stayed at in Beihai, all of which were 5-star family-friendly establishments, the Marriott was by far the most hassle-free and comfortable. While the room wasn't the largest and there was some wind noise, especially when it was windy due to air pressure, these minor issues didn't detract from the overall experience. The room offered expansive views, and the large balcony was incredibly practical for drying clothes. The wet and dry areas were well-separated, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. The electric fan was a nice touch; running it on the lowest setting with the air conditioning made the room feel naturally cool and comfortable. The hotel offers plenty of activities for children. The indoor pool, at 1.2-1.4 meters deep, is genuinely family-safe and friendly. The children's cinema, housed in a spacious banquet hall, was impressive. The butler service made our stay incredibly worry-free. A day before our arrival, our front desk butler, J, contacted me and provided information about the hotel's pool, breakfast, beach, dining options, and flow. Throughout our three-day stay, J was super quick to resolve any issues, big or small. The entire service system was very professional; from proactively helping with luggage upon arrival to the helpful concierge and cleaning staff in the lobby bar, everyone was very enthusiastic. The only area for improvement is the breakfast, which was a bit uninspired and barely changed over our three-day stay. It would be great if items like steamed dim sum, pastries, and noodle toppings could vary daily; this wouldn't significantly increase costs.
