房間的衞生、環境很差，有很多小蟑螂🪳、水龍頭、廁所門都是壞的、水槽漏水、床單也有斑點..第一次來北海期待的海景房，結果體驗真的很差！售後服務也不到位，提一點要求都要用好評交換…

公寓的位置是北海一個地標建築，非常的大，房間我是可以直接看到海的，服務態度非常的好，也覺得自己當了一回上帝，海邊很多小螃蟹，也有螺，還有一些沒見過的，很有意思，下次來一定首選他們家

看了幾家酒店公寓最後還是選擇了O力問海景酒店公寓，非常捧的一次入住體驗，房間很大很寬敞，衞生很乾凈，在陽台就可以看到大海，彷彿大海就在你腳下，環境也很大，價格還很實惠，強烈推薦，推薦

超級推薦這家，站在陽台上，一眼把整個金灘包攬下。樓下吃的用的，也很方便。最主要的是住這裏就跟回家的感覺，啥都有。超讚！！！

衞生情況：肉眼看起來沒有問題，服務設施：比較周到，原來給我們的房間空調漏水，開始不願意換，説是能修好，後面是確實解決不了滲水問題，我們有小朋友，地板濕滑確實是安全隱患就給我們換了房間。北部灣一號整個是一個公寓式酒店，所有房間都是海景，樓下就是金灘，不過金灘的沙子很粗很多小貝殼，不如銀灘，果然銀灘聲名在外是有理由的。

和視頻照片差距很大 住宿停車也不是免費的 定了一線臨海大床房 積分升級房型 不給升級就算了 還給我們特價房讓我們住 説了才給換到我訂那種房型 而且和訂房照片差距很大 電梯晚上回來也沒燈 一個人就不別住這裏了 就別期待太大吧

第二次入住北部灣一號這邊了，房間很大，能看到海，老闆人非常好，有什麼問題都第一時間解決，我最喜歡就是坐在陽台的椅子上吹海風。

房間面積還可以，空調製冷效果好，面朝大海，觀景不錯👍還有超級大浴缸，也適合長期租住，夜景也很美，樓下就有小集市，很好逛
