The room has everything available that you may need. The location and cleanliness was average. The checkin procedure and service needs to be improved.

The name is too pretentious for an apar**ent with an average renovation. Overall not bad for the price. The biggest minus is the heating. We stayed in December, despite the street temperature being +15 C, one air conditioner for two rooms simply did not cope with its task. We wrapped ourselves up as best we could and woke up with an icy nose. Be sure to take slippers or warm socks with you, the living room has a tiled floor, there are no disposable slippers in the room, your feet are frozen) The pluses are a gorgeous view, the kitchen is quite well equipped.

The location is good, the view from the balcony is good. The apar**ent itself is old, the shower system did not work properly, there was stagnation of water (which the owner did not fix in any way), the dishes were old and broken. In general, you can live for a short time

There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room, and the quilt and pillow have a strong smell of cigarettes. No one has dealt with it even if it is cheap. I would not stay here. I can't rest.

In general, ordinary apar**ents, with the usual average renovation. The renovation is of average quality, nothing to admire. We stayed for a couple of nights, it would do for such purposes, just to spend the night, there was no comfort, perhaps we got such a room. At the beginning of May there were a lot of mosquitoes, the child was all bitten during those nights. The plumbing worked, the appliances worked.

The only thing to note is that the hotel’s hot water is in savings mode….

Luxurious apar**ent in a beautiful complex with sea views (from the balcony). Within 5 minutes they came and settled us. A little away from the main attractions. If there was also tea or coffee in general it would be beautiful (there is a kettle).

The location is good. You can see the sea from the balcony. I am quite satisfied with the health and facilities.
