Environment: The hotel environment is quite good, with a lot of landscaping.
Hygiene: The room was well kept, very clean, and everything was complete. Because I stayed for two consecutive days, the cleaning was very clean in between.
Service: The receptionist is Xiao Xu, who answers questions very quickly. The introduction is also very detailed. Keep working hard.

酒店環境非常好，像公園一樣，早起晨練晚上遛彎特別舒服。我們一家再次入住就是奔着環境和服務去的。在包頭遊玩家人腳扭傷第一時間想到的就是入住這裏。酒店員工看到我們一家有長者和小孩需要照顧第一時間為我們提供周到的服務，連房卡都給製作了兩張方便兩個房間人員來回走動互相照顧，特別細緻。因時間緊，有老幼需要照顧也沒顧上拍照和贈送錦旗，再此特別感謝酒店小高、小徐和小安提供的無微不至的照顧。下次到包頭必登門感謝。

環境：位於園林，環境清幽安靜，空氣清新！
衞生：老牌五星，但是真的很乾凈，配有一次性的馬桶圈套。
服務：服務熱情，就是需要一雙小童拖鞋，要了好多次，假期人多，可以理解！希望在房間可以多配套一雙拖鞋，洗完澡拖鞋濕了不太舒服

自打住過包頭青山賓館後、每次來這邊玩兒路過包頭都會選擇這家酒店。首先環境真的特別好，就是老牌兒國賓館的範兒，園子又大又漂亮！乾乾淨淨！有水塘，還有鴨子、大鵝悠閑的晃來晃去！其次賓館前台的服務絕對是內蒙這邊的天花板級了，小譚、小謝一起當班的幾個服務生都很熱情友好，管理很人性化！不管是房間送水還是前台送小孩子早餐，都很大氣！重點贊一下他家的自助早餐！最好吃的是內蒙特色美食羊肉燒麥，絕對正宗！同時早餐還提供很多內蒙特色餐時、奶茶也特別好、品種齊全。希望酒店越來越好！

前台服務態度很好。不足的是早餐種類還可以再豐富些，餐廳服務人員在客人不多的時候在三三兩兩的聊天，水果所剩不多沒有及時補充。這麼高星級的酒店，游泳池卻是租出去了，住店客人需付費。客房服務敷衍。要加床，為了省事準備加在走廊位置，試問加在走廊，房間裏怎麼走動。最後我們幫着一起加在靠窗的位置。房間打掃也沒有把第一天用的浴袍收走，還是散放在原來的位置。

本來不想做評價，住都住了，還是説一下吧！這裏服務人員可以隨便進出你的房間，還不和你打招呼，還不管你房間有沒有人。作為一個五星級賓館，我非常不理解這的服務，太不注重個人私隱了！另外，這邊整風格就是老乾部療養院，親子游或者情侶出遊的可以繞行，這邊行政出差還是比較適合。二樓大會議室都是人，自助早餐你看吧，全是開會的人。我們兩家人親子游，這次住宿體驗非常不好，床是120的，但我感覺不夠120，非常小。
