I had the pleasure of staying at The Montien for 3 weeks 2 months ago when on a company-booked trip. My room and bed were extremely comfortable and spacious, with plenty of natural light and unobstructed views, quality amenities including a Nespresso machine. The Montien decor is modern, Thai style and beautiful. The breakfast buffet is bountiful, with plenty of variety. Pierre Pelletier, the Area General Manager and his team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was outstanding! Then this month when my family and I planned a vacation to Bangkok I picked this hotel as our base. The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to the sky and underground trains, many must-go-to restaurants, cafes, Siam Paragon, temples, Chinatown, night walks and more. We were welcomed with incredible 5-star Thai hospitality. Special mention to Khun Nu, her front desk team and night manager Khun Jew for handling flight delays, airport transfers and arranging pick up of lost luggage, Khun Tik for his world-class warm welcomes, Max’s regular assistance and taxi coordination, the ever-helpful and polite bellmen, Beer remembering our morning coffee preferences, Kae at Ruenton restaurant for looking after us at dinners, friendly Tanya at the lobby bar, the housekeeping team for keeping our 3 rooms impeccable and everyone who made our Bangkok vacation so memorable! It felt like our home away from home and we enjoyed our time here so much!

First of all, thank you for the complimentary airport pick up at BKK, good coordination and English communication from your staff, Wimonrat sukrasebya further helped me in getting a comfortable and speedy ride to the hotel. 👍👍👍 Being a solo and leisure traveler, I was not able to take a swim and sunbath after breakfast as the swimming pool is located on the west side of the hotel. This means the sun won't hit the swimming pool until 2pm. This has really ruined my trip and I was very disappointed but I know there is nothing the management can do about it.😅😅😅 Then the next issue is the bathroom. First, the water faucet is located too close to the edge of the sink, so water splashes around the entire sink top and everything is wet. Please see the attached photos. Secondly, the shower cubicle does not have a door and result in water splash again. But luckily this can solved by putting a floor towel outside the area to avoid slipping. 😩😩😩 Moreover, it is the English level of the staff. It is not up to par in such an international renounced hotel management property. I got my toe hurt in the swimming pool and then asked for an adhesive bandage, but noone understood what I said on the phone until they saw the attached photo. Later on, the staff told me that they run out of bandages. Eventually, they managed to get me a couple of them to stop the bleeding. 😅😅😅 Finally, I would say the service and friendliness of the staff was good and responsive. It would be much better if they can get more training in the language skill especially in English. In conclusion, I have to say that I won't be staying with that hotel again in my future visits to BKK, simply because the swimming pool is really bothering me as I won't be able to get sunbath and a swim in the morning after breakfast.

Located in the hugely popular SILOM area , Holiday Inn , offers a distinctive and attractive stay option in Bangkok. It is probably the best property in its class and category. It is close enough to walk to both Sala Daeng and Surasak and from there to venture to any and all parts of Bangkok with ease The rooms are quite large and comfortable with enough space to mover around, store luggage and repose in comfort. You have all modern amenities. ... TV, mini fridge, work desk, high speed internet, great WiFi, en suite bathroom etc etc. I am told that this hotel, built on a choice corner plot, is almost 32 years old ... BUT it is very very well maintained and regularly refurbished. It is very well kept, indeed.

Fantastic boutique hotel formed from a family home. Ideal, central location and great value for money. Super comfortable room and great staff. Cannot recommend highly enough if you are looking for something a bit different to the big chains.

The journey from surasak bts is about 10 minutes and the location is convenient. Opposite the accommodation is a well-known spa shop. It is a busy street on the road and close to pure white family mart. Stay in a six-person room, the space quality is acceptable, and the environment is clean. Favorite public space on the first floor. There is no elevator but the front desk staff will assist with luggage, kind
