W Bangkok Hotel

Used to be my first choice whenever I come to Bangkok. But recent stay was kinda disappointing. Service quality especially on F&B dropped. You can stand infront of the lounge reception for dinner but no one attend to you after waiting for 5mins standing there while the staff are chit chatting inside the bar counter.

Very friendly and helpful concierge. Location is prime with readily access to BTS.

Amazing hotel with beautiful rooms and great amenities. The staff made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations. Looking forward to coming back!

Stayed at W Bangkok recently and had a mixed experience. The room itself was nice and comfortable, with a cozy bed and decent overall cleanliness. It’s still a pleasant space to relax after a long day out in the city. However, there are a few areas that really need improvement. The room fixtures feel quite dated and could definitely use an upgrade as soon as possible—it doesn’t quite match the premium image the hotel is going for. One inconvenience was that Grab deliveries are not sent up to the room. Orders are left at the drop-off point, which can be a hassle, especially at night or after a long day. The pool area was another downside. It was too dark and dimly lit at night, making it difficult to see clearly. I actually hit my toe on the steps, which could have been avoided with better lighting. Overall, a comfortable stay but falls short in terms of maintenance and guest convenience. Would consider staying again only if improvements are made.

Excellent location. Love the gym and the pool. Love the services too.
