I have stayed in the hotel many times throughout the last 3 years. I only had praises for this hotel always, in regards to location, amenities and the comfort. However upon my recent stay I realised that the lack of service at the front desk has declined. I noticed alot of new staff and honestly I did not have the same experience as had the previous times. The only employees that's were great were the concierge, the individual that checked me in and the house keeping. The rest of the front desk need to be trained to be more polite and adhere to a customers requirements. Unfortunately for reasons I will no longer stay here from this experience.

Have stayed here for many years, always great service. Old style high-rise hotel with large rooms and great views. Marble bathrooms feature both tub & shower and hot water is never a problem. A short hike to the BTS through either a congested soi 5 or quieter residential soi 7. Buffet breakfast is huge but extremely crowded with tour groups early so most comfortable dining is after 8:30 AM. Great value for money but not trendy so if you are looking for the latest & greatest pass on this hotel.

What a fantastic hotel Bangkok is lucky to play host to. With a fantastic central location a stones throw from MBK and such incredible rooms this hotel is a must for anyone wanting to enjoy BK in style! The staff at Maison are more than exceptional, willing to go above and beyond in order to make sure their guests have an incredible experience. Their knowledge of the local area is fantastic and they are always happy to show you the way. The room was the definition of perfect with an incredibly comfy king sized bed and bathroom so big it could be confused as its own private spa. This hotel I could not recommend enough and I shall be visiting again in the New Year. May I give my gratitude and thanks especially to: Tilelay, Kim, Umm, Pol and Pig for making it such a special experience for us.

Stayed for the first time at this property. I must say location was v good in soi 11 just next to.the bustling soi 11 at your doorstep. The staff was very polite and courteous che k in was smooth. The rooms were massive size with good overall cleanliness. The roof top bar is a must visit. Overall would recommend strongly.

Loved my stay here, firstly the location was class in such a prime location on Sukhumvit by Nana BTS with so many amazing attractions and food and drink spots close by. The hotel itself was amazing with staff so friendly and helpful. The room was perfect, massive, well presented, modern and in good condition. The breakfast had a great variety of food which were all freshly made with great flavours and tastes. Only problem was there was too much good food! The gym was well stocked with a very modern treadmill and the swimming pool was a nice way to relax in the Bangkok heat!

We used it until the departure of the midnight flight. So I didn't sleep. The building is quite old, but the room facilities are firm. There are also tables, refrigerators and safety boxes. There is also an outlet on the pillow. There is also a bathtub. The size is also a problematic size. It was a room on the 6 floor, but there was a BTS Nana station platform at the close distance ahead of the window of the room. It's quite noisy when the train passes. The room on the side of the Sukhumvit Street on the 5th and 6th floors seems to be the front of the platform. If you want a quiet room, you should request a room opposite to Sukhumvit Street. The location is zero minutes walk from the entrance of Nana Station. Very convenient location, but it is a hotel for people who want to stay reasonable because it is old.

Luxury with contemporary thai design. In this room has kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine etc. private balcony. With craftsmanship card and delicious HBD card that fulfill my birthday stay. Service staff are top notch. Friendly and helpful. They always look around to assistant to ensure my stay memorable. Newest Ki Izakaya Japanese Restaurant at 9th floor, highly recommended. Quality ingredients. Staff at there are excellent service. Especially K. Oh. There are bakery shop near flourish restaurant as well. Breakfast is definitely won't be disappointed. Croissant the best. All food set as buffet plus delicious a la carte. The green space in front of the hotel let’s you out of the busy city. Swimming pool with serenity view instagrammer don’t miss it to strike a pose. Last point, Lobby so stunning. I guarantee you have to pick a phone to take a picture for sure. Afternoon tea at lobby lounge, must try. I will be back again and again to stay at Sindhorn Kempinski.

The food at their restaurant is just amazing! I tried many dishes, but the 'Croque Madame Sandwich' stole my heart! if you a cheese lover, you've got to try it! And all the desserts were impressively surprising. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a quick 2-minute walk to MRT Lumphini super convenient! The room was incredibly comfortable, truly a home away from home. I have to mention the bed and pillows they were so fluffy and comfy! Can't wait to come back in the future!!

The sound insulation of the room is very poor. In the room close to the elevator, you can still hear the sound of the elevator arriving at around two o'clock at night, making it difficult to sleep well. The hotel doesn't seem to have a swimming pool. It can be seen that some of the facilities in the room are old. It is not like a new hotel, but more like a renovated one. It is very difficult to hail a taxi, including Bolt, Grab and other software, and the surrounding area is very congested. The alley where the hotel is located is very narrow. The alley is not very clean and there are big cockroaches 🪳 crawling on the ground.

I booked this hotel specifically due to its location near the Embassy. Overall, my experience were fine. The room I was in were peaceful and quiet. It felt safe. It's a bit old but understandable. The food I have tried on their Café and also the breakfast options were delicious. Lastly, the staff of this hotel were very kind and nice to me. They easily remembered me, also I have been assisted even after my Check-out to get in one of my booked Grab ride. I was a few steps away from the hotel, I didn't see my ride outside, but the doorman made his way to get out of the hotel to tell me that my ride had arrived and pointed out which one it was. I appreciated the small things. Thank you. :)
