Here’s a review based on your feedback: The hotel is good for the price, with decent amenities that meet expectations. However, the service from the front desk could use some improvement. We felt that the attentiveness to our requests, which were clearly mentioned during the booking, was lacking. A bit more focus on delivering a ‘wow’ impression rather than a slight disappointment would elevate the overall experience. With a bit more attention to detail, this hotel could be a great choice.

The room is clean with a private bathroom, hot water, and the air conditioning is cool and comfortable. There are many different types of food in the surrounding area. The hotel also provides food and beverage services.

Overall, this place is really convenient. It’s located near Central Rama9 and MRT. 7-11 is just kitty-corner of the place. And the place itself is also surrounded by Thai local food trolleys. A little bit busy street but it’s okay. What I like the most about this place was cleanliness; the room is clean and has very nice smell.

A long-established hotel along Casatsk Street in the old town of Bangkok. The outline of our hotel is detailed on the official website, but even since 1963, when it was renamed the current hotel name, it has already boasted a history of more than half a century, and the shared space and de in the calm appearance of the hotel. It can be seen that it is a hotel that is not only from Aman's polite waist. The hotel is separated from the old building which seems to have renewed the hard from the time of its founding and the new building which seems to have gathered the essence of modern architecture. Notably, the design of the old building's arcade corridor and the design of the pool garden provided there. As expected, the guest rooms are inferior to the comfort and facilities in terms of comfort compared to recent modern hotels due to the limits of 1950-60 Age architecture, but they have been renewed as appropriate and are dissatisfied. This hotel has really nice location and access to Khaosan st. There’s nice pool at 1st floor and actually it was available to smoke. We didn’t order breakfast or any other options so i can’t tell if it was good or bad tho there’s little shops at ground floor and it actually helpful :) I strongly recommend backpackers to stay here this hotel. I could get nicer service compared to how much i paid for it.

I went to check in late afternoon around 5.20 pm. After getting into the room no. 202 we instantly found that the room wasn’t cleaned up yet(or maybe it was still occupied)!! This is unacceptable. We were so shocked. The bed, pillow, blanket...etc were still messed and not made (luckily nobody was in the room) We then were assigned to another room which was 204. This room was okay. One good point that the male staff did apologize us but he said that maybe the system was inaccurate!! Thinking of our check in time at 5+ pm which was pretty late already, they should have checked and prepared the room for the arriving guest. Imagine if there was someone in the room when we entered, what would have happened? พักครั้งแรกก็ไม่ประทับใจ เข้าพักระหว่าง 6-7 กุมภาพันธ์ 2564 ไปเช็คอินประมาณ 17.20 น. (ซึ่งก็ถือว่าช้าแล้ว) พอเปิดประตูเข้าไป ห้องแรก 202 สภาพที่เห็นคือห้องถูกใช้แล้ว เตียงนอน ที่นอน ผ้าห่ม ฯลฯ อยู่ในสภาพที่ยังไม่ได้ทำความสะอาด เลยรีบออกมาและแจ้งพนักงาน พนักงานก็รีบหาห้องใหม่ให้คือ 204 (ห้องนี้ปกติ) พอลงไปสอบถามพนักงานว่าเกิดอะไรขึ้น พนักงานก็แจ้งว่าไม่ทราบเหมือนกัน เพราะเขาทำงานแค่เสาร์-อาทิตย์ แต่น่าจะเป็นที่ระบบ?? ขนาดเราว่าเรามาเช็คอินช้าแล้ว และโรงแรมก็ไม่ได้เต็มหรือยุ่งมาก แสดงว่าก่อนเราเข้าพัก ทางโรงแรมฯ ไม่ได้เช็คหรือเตรียมห้องไว้ล่วงหน้าเลย ยังโชคดีที่ตอนที่เราเข้าไปห้องแรก ไม่มีลูกค้าคนอื่นอยู่!! สิ่งที่ตามมาคือ คืนนั้นทั้งคืนมันก็ทำให้เรานอนไม่หลับสนิท เพราะระแวงว่าโรงแรมฯ จะส่งลูกค้าคนอื่นมาซ้ำห้องเราอีกไหม (First impression is the last impression) อยากให้โรงแรมฯ ตรวจสอบและหามาตรการระมัดระวังไม่ให้เกิดเหตุการณ์แบบนี้เกิดขึ้นอีกในอนาคต ปล.พนักงานผู้ชายที่เป็นคนเช็คอิน รับมือกับสถานการณ์ได้ดี หาห้องใหม่เปลี่ยนให้ พูดจาเพราะและขอโทษหลายครั้ง

Great location for Suvarnabhumi to transit overnight. Clean and staff really friendly. Free shuttle bus too…! Pool nice and refreshing to take a dip and chill out for a big. Good Market nearby for food and drink etc…. Hotel Provides usual Tea/Coffee/Water in room, plus shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, toothbrush/paste kit, cotton buds and shower caps. All in all, an easy, convenient location to airport and a pleasant stay.

I stayed here like 4 days (3nights) for the first time with my family from 12 june 2024 until 15 june 2024and it was excellent. At that time We got floor 6. The room is big with the high floor and i can get a better view. So I want to stay here again and booked it again from 16 june 2024 until 19 june 2024. But i got disappointed with my room view. It's in the 3rd floor and the view is totally different with the last time. I booked Deluxe twin room because of the view. If i can know that i'll get the bad view, i may just booked the standard room. I requested to change the hight floor with the front desk at night. And they told me to contat in the morning again. In the morning, they told me that i can't change the room. Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!! i don't know how can i stay with this room until 19 june. This is my vacation and i would like to enjoy the viewww
