Avani Sukhumvit Bangkok Hotel

The hotel's location is excellent, directly connected to On Nut BTS station. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making it very convenient. The staff are friendly and polite. While there are many hotels in Bangkok, this one is top-notch overall. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel's location is excellent, right outside the BTS station, so no worries about rain. The room is spacious and clean, with the only downside being the lack of hooks in the bathroom for clothes, making it impossible to hang towels or wet swimsuits to dry after a swim. The breakfast selection is very rich, and having stayed for several days, the breakfast offerings varied slightly each day, which kept it feeling fresh. The outdoor pool is a bit small, but it's better than nothing, and it's quite comfortable to sit by the pool for a while. There's a small shopping mall nearby, and a large Lotus supermarket across from the hotel, with many restaurants available.

For the first two nights of my trip to Thailand, I stayed at the Avani Sukhumvit Bangkok, right next to the On Nut BTS Skytrain station (you can find it on Google Maps by searching 'Avani Sukhumvit Bangkok'). There are various room types available. I opted for a room without a bathtub or a balcony, and I didn't book breakfast either. That's because on those two mornings, I had other plans: * One day, I explored the old town's morning market. * On the other, I had brunch at a nearby Burmese restaurant. I checked in on a Friday evening and checked out on Sunday noon, which is a fairly popular time. The total for two nights was 4,919 Thai Baht (roughly 1:1 with NTD), and I got an additional 10% cashback by paying with my MEXC Card. --- The two biggest advantages of this hotel are: ❶ It's very new, bright, and clean. ❷ Its location is exceptionally good. It's super close to the BTS Skytrain station. You can walk directly from the skybridge into the second floor of a large shopping mall, then take the elevator down to the first floor, which leads straight to the hotel check-in. This means that even if you encounter a heavy downpour during Thailand's rainy season, you can calmly walk into the hotel without getting a single drop on you ☔️. Furthermore, getting from On Nut to the city center is very convenient, as it's directly on the BTS Green Line. If you plan to visit attractions along the Green Line, you can ride all the way without needing to transfer. --- Regarding the room (as pictured): * It's a decent size. There's enough space for a sofa and a desk where I can use my laptop (which I really need). * It has good natural light. * The shower has strong water pressure and sufficiently hot water. The shower stall even has an electric roll-up privacy blind. When the blind is retracted, the bathroom instantly becomes transparent, which is quite intriguing (?). 😏 Just for your reference! 👍

They helped with birthday decorations and a small cake (bittersweet chocolate). We arrived at the hotel around 12 PM, and they thoughtfully offered early check-in, which helped our subsequent plans go smoothly. The hotel breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. Across from the hotel, you can use the BTS skywalk to go to Lotus shopping mall. There are street food vendors on both sides of the BTS pedestrian paths. Overall, it's a very convenient hotel!

Apart from one night when the room cleaning was a bit perfunctory, the overall six-day experience was very good. The location is convenient, less than 3 minutes to the BTS station right outside the door. There are also massage places nearby in the evening.

This hotel has a great location and a very authentic Thai vibe. There's a Lotus supermarket nearby with a food court, and also a Big C. This trip was to celebrate our anniversary, and the hotel thoughtfully arranged everything for us with very friendly service. The only downside was that we had mosquitoes in our room, but the staff proactively helped us. Overall, I would still come back.

The hotel is new, clean, and tidy. The staff were kind and friendly, and they promptly resolved the issue with the electric blind in the bathroom. The restaurant is comfortable, and the food is delicious with a good variety. The location is very convenient; On Nut station is right downstairs, Tesco Lotus is across the street, and Big C is about a 5-minute walk away. There's also a massage street nearby if you're looking for affordable massages. The most pleasant surprise was their thoughtfulness. I assume they noticed it was my daughter's birthday during check-in, as we found a small decoration and a cake in the room when we returned! My daughter was thrilled, and I was touched by their attention to detail. Thank you so much!

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation and a shopping mall nearby. The breakfast is also plentiful! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bangkok.

Located in the same building as Century On Nut, so the BTS station is right outside the door. The front desk staff were very friendly and even helped us check in early since we arrived ahead of schedule. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was great for sleeping. The hotel breakfast had a wide variety of options too. Highly recommended!
