Room dividers do not keep sound, loud noises
The reception staff at Bangtan did not have the manners to answer questions. Ask and answer in a casual manner, not taking the questions seriously.
The one who replies likes to raise his voice with L/K. He doesn't listen carefully and then comes to argue and answer.

The single room we stayed in on the first day had no windows to the outside.
Very boring.
