Blow up this hotel! !! The service is really good, there will be a special person to take you to your villa and introduce all the equipment, breakfast, and hotel facilities. Let's talk about eating first. You can choose to eat breakfast in your room, serve it 24 hours a day, or go to the restaurant. The specific time is forgotten and there are restrictions. There is an afternoon tea every day from 2-5 pm, fresh fruit, two snacks (biscuits and peanuts), and 8 bottles of drinks, Cola, Sprite and beer, unlimited mineral water, these are free. Then there is shuttle bus free shuttle within a certain range, you can make an appointment in advance, or call the car when you want to come back. Every time I go out to the front desk, will we ask what arrangements we have for the next day and where do we go? When will I pick you up, really don't take it too seriously. There is room service twice a day. Once in the morning, I clean the bathroom, clean the pool, change fruit drinks, etc. In the evening, I order mosquito coils, turn on the lights, put down the bed curtains, and put pajamas on the bed. I have to mention that one day I put my shirt on a lounger. At night it rained and the eaves made the shirt very dirty. I didn't care about it when I went out the next day. I came back and found that the waiter actually helped me hang up ? ? ? Oh my God!

Great hotel right on the beach, also about 15min walk from the mall with shops and restaurants. The room is cozy, comfortable beds, nice garden view. The bathtub is a bit too small, and the sockets for the double room are in the middlr of the wall bed, making it hard to charge the phones at night. The cleaning was fine but they could have cleaned the sand off the floor a bit better too. The pool is great, with many activities. The gardens and whole areas of the hotel are beautiful and well kept. The breakfast is fantastic, with lots of options for all tastes. The beach is nice and clean, with lots of sunbeds. The pool and beach srrvice could improve, it takes a long time for anyone to come get the order. Also the prices of the hotel are too expensive, so it is worth going to the mall for a meal. If you get the all inclusive package, for sure it is much more worth it. Great stay and great holiday at the hotel.

Grand Hotel, we stayed at this hotel for a 4-day conference. It was a great place to stay. The staff were fantastic, the facilities were excellent, and the rooms were great. It's certainly not the cheapest place to stay in the area, but sometimes you get what you pay for. The Wi-Fi was good and ran at speeds of about 40mb throughout the Hotel, with seamless transfer as you move around the hotel. I used the hotel laundry service for a dry-cleaned suit, which was returned to me the same day. I also needed a spare part for my camera, which I ordered while travelling the week before my stay; the hotel held it for me without any problem until my arrival. in the past, I've had problems with this kind of service as some hotels refuse to hold guest parcels. My only criticism is that drinks are very high priced, although free water is always available: I had a 300ml can of Coke which was over £3. I strongly recommend a stay at this hotel.

At first, we were disappointed about our room and the main reason is that there is no daylight at all, so the room is very humid, the beddings were always kinda wet and very irritating… also after the first night, I got a strange cough that I usually get when there is some mold around, once again the room is extremely humid! also, the furnishing is terribly old and cries for renovations! However, our staying was worth it just because of the stuff! Everyone is fantastically friendly, always helps willingly and just cheers you up with a smile 24/7! Activities for children are great so I’d definitely recommend this hotel as the most family appropriate at NusaDua. The breakfast was good but once I got a big ass cockroach which was absolutely disgusting…. Can’t blame the hotel though as the restaurant is an open space and I understand that it could be out of control. But I was expecting some kind of benefit for killing the tiny creature and not letting others see it haha but the manager did not really care much about it…. The territory is clean and beautiful, the location is great, room service is superb! Overall was good staying but would not come back here again.

Beautiful hotel. The building, gardens, ocean view, swimming pools, foods and everything. Perfect. I love the main gate they have. Perfect spot for taking pic. The front desk senior staff helped us. More training needed for junior staff. Try to eat in tamarind and order their risotto with scallop. Yummy.

The hotel is a huge resort with a lot of facilities and activities. However, the service staff is quite disappointing provided that this is a 5 star hotel. They are very inflexible towards check out time and the reception ladies have no idea about the resort activities (Only the concierge seems to know).

More about Bali

Introduction to Bali

Bali, an Indonesian island known for its forested volcanic mountains, iconic rice paddies, and stunning beaches, is the country's most famous tourist destination. Filled with ancient temples, rich arts and crafts, and a vibrant nightlife, Bali offers a kaleidoscopic blend of natural beauty and cultural depth.

Tips for Travelling to Bali

Bali's main international gateway is Ngurah Rai International Airport, located near the capital city, Denpasar. Travelers can explore Bali through taxis, local buses, bicycles, motorbikes, or even hired cars.

The official currency is the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Most hotels and restaurants accept credit cards, but having some cash on hand for local markets and smaller venues is recommended. Indonesian is the official language, but English is widely spoken in tourist areas.

As for visas, many nationalities can enter Indonesia visa-free for up to 30 days, but it's best to check before your journey.

Popular Attractions in Bali

Bali offers a wealth of cultural and natural attractions. Explore the ancient temples of Tanah Lot and Uluwatu, or immerse yourself in the artistic heritage of Ubud, Bali's cultural heart. Visit the Tegalalang Rice Terraces and the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary for unique experiences.

Bali's beaches are equally enticing, with Kuta Beach, Seminyak Beach, and Nusa Dua Beach offering vibrant beach life. Surfing enthusiasts will love the waves at Uluwatu and Canggu.

Weather, Best Time to Visit, and What to Wear

Bali enjoys a tropical climate with temperatures fairly consistent year-round. The best times to visit are during the dry season, from April to October. Bring lightweight, breathable clothing, a hat, and sunscreen to protect from the sun. Also, remember to dress modestly when visiting temples.

Choosing Your Ideal Hotel in Bali

For luxury beachfront accommodation, consider the Legian Bali or the W Bali in Seminyak. In Ubud, the Hanging Gardens of Bali offers a unique luxury experience with its Instagram-famous infinity pool.

For budget travelers, the Puri Garden Hotel and Hostel in Ubud offers comfort and excellent service. The Dash Hotel Seminyak, with its eclectic and colorful design, is an Instagram-worthy stay.
