Had an amazing time at the Westin! The resort is stunning, so many activities to do and the staff were extremely friendly. The price was great as well! Would come back.

The rooms and staff service were very good, and the breakfast was quite rich. However, the hotel's beach was really bad; my wife even got bitten by sand fleas, and the medical treatment was quite expensive.

The hotel has complete facilities and a good location. The facilities are a bit old but acceptable. We had a wonderful stay at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua! Although the hotel is not brand-new, the facilities are very well maintained — rooms are clean, comfortable, and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. Lots of complimentary activities make the stay even better: free bicycles for a loop ride, free canoeing, and sometimes a surprise free ice-cream on the beach in the afternoon. There are evening performances during dinner as well, which our family enjoyed. The spa facilities are excellent. It’s pricey, but truly worth trying once. The only downside: our group booked four rooms and two of them weren’t arranged close together. Connecting rooms would have made things easier — we even had our neighbour’s 4:30 AM coffee delivered to our room by mistake! But overall, we were very happy with our stay. Highly recommend The Westin!

One of the best hotels I have ever been to. Staff is amazingly friendly. The breakfast spread is really legendary, such a high quality. Super clean rooms, and the pool and beach is perfect. Will come back next year!

The staffs all very friendly, they provide free canoeing, bicycle, ice bath also many activities for kids. My kids really love to stay here, the breakfast really nice. The room cleaner Wira created art towels for us, thank you for your services really love and enjoy our stay here.

Walking into the hotel, I was immediately struck by how incredibly spacious it was. I stayed for three nights and felt it offered exceptional value for money. The breakfast was plentiful, delicious, and not overpriced. The environment is first-class, with the beach directly connected to the hotel. A stroll along the beach at night was absolutely delightful.
