Srikandi Inn

Jimbaran
Excellent hotel with large panoramic windows and a wonderful view of the pool. The rooms on the ground floor consist of several rooms: a bedroom, a kitchen and an area for drying clothes. This is very convenient because you can cook your own food. You have a refrigerator, stove, dishes, sink and countertop for cooking. The bedroom has a large bed, TV, sofa, table, wardrobe and mirror. There is also enough space for yoga classes. In front of the window there is a porch with a table and two chairs. Near the pool there are sun loungers and a gazebo. The area is very beautiful, a lot of greenery

e stayed for four nights from 29th August - 2nd Sept. We arrived early, but the host Andrea was happy for us to check in despite our early arrival! For the first night we stayed in the one bed villa, but the air conditioning wasn't working, so Andrea offered to move us to another villa, which we gratefully accepted! We loved our stay here. Both villas were very clean, including the pools, and the housekeeping staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfasts were fresh and tasty, consisting of tea/coffee, fresh fruits, lovely breads, home made jams, and omelette. Despite not feeling well, Andrea was a welcoming, gracious host, who would try to make our stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. She arranged for our laundry to be done (the price was very reasonable too) and a taxi to take us to the airport on departure. Loved the location of the villa, tucked down a little side street, near a school, and a short walk to Jimbaran beach. It all felt very safe. I would recommend guests to take a torch with them when they come and go at night. A great way to end our holiday.

Excellent for a couple of days, there are small ants but after asking to spray there were no more. The bathtub was dirty; they poured some kind of dirt into it and didn’t even rinse it, we didn’t use it, but it was strange not to clean it up. For some reason there is only one roll of toilet paper. The hotel has been converted from an old one. Swimming pool without sunbeds. Internet in the room was not very good. For a stay of 1-2 days is normal. There are no shops nearby. There is only one exchanger down the street.

Villa Happy is in a great location. A short walk to the beach to watch surfers or the sunset. Breakfast of eggs is served on your patio. Try to get a room on the ground floor. The a/c works much better. The downstairs rooms are like a mini temple inside. Pool is nice. It is close to the airport which was nice for a 24 hour layover.

There is a three-bed room with a big hair dryer. You need to borrow from the front desk. No deposit required. Simple English communication. The place is very quiet. Checking in with their parents. They like this hotel. There are many plants, not many breakfasts, fried noodles are delicious, and ice cream drinks. There is an additional charge, and it may take 15 minutes to walk to the beach! You can walk to the beach during the day, but it’s too quiet at night. Be careful

The hotel is family-run, the overall service is good, the environment is not as good as the official, no ugly guest photos, breakfast is a local traditional breakfast, the room is not equipped with toiletries, you need to bring your own, the kitchen in the room is poor, no Recommended to use, the hotel's overall space is small, as a good choice to stay, close to the beach, the supermarket across the road is also very convenient, affordable, suitable for travellers.

Introduction to Bali

Bali, an Indonesian island known for its forested volcanic mountains, iconic rice paddies, and stunning beaches, is the country's most famous tourist destination. Filled with ancient temples, rich arts and crafts, and a vibrant nightlife, Bali offers a kaleidoscopic blend of natural beauty and cultural depth.

Tips for Travelling to Bali

Bali's main international gateway is Ngurah Rai International Airport, located near the capital city, Denpasar. Travelers can explore Bali through taxis, local buses, bicycles, motorbikes, or even hired cars.

The official currency is the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Most hotels and restaurants accept credit cards, but having some cash on hand for local markets and smaller venues is recommended. Indonesian is the official language, but English is widely spoken in tourist areas.

As for visas, many nationalities can enter Indonesia visa-free for up to 30 days, but it's best to check before your journey.
